This is not a political problem but a Christian problem

I was mulling over continuing my written out blog essay on the election.  However, I kept thinking and praying and listening.  My conclusion at the end of tis week was that the problems we face as a nation has to be changed person to person.  Many people who call themselves Christians don't put God first.  Biily Graham asked them all to vote the bible.  Many pastors and I know in the Catholic Church they had a campaign to get their flock to vote for biblical principles.  It didn't happen.  Basically what I see is their God is the government.  They are not looking to God to supply all they need.  If God takes and knows about all the birds in the air.  He knows about you and your needs.  And he definetly cares.

Somehow we need to get the word out that:  "Blessed (Happy, fortunate, prosperous, and enviable) is the man who walks and lives not in the counsel of the ungodly [following their advice, their plans and purposes], nor stands [submissive and inactive] in the path where sinners walk, nor sits dwn [to relax and rest] where th scornful [and the mockers] gather.  But his delight and desire are in the law of the Lord, and on His law (the precepts, the instructions, the teachings of God) he habitually meditates (ponders and studies) by day and night."  Psalm 1v1-2

Those people who call themselves Christians(and do nothing) are what I call Sheep Christians or Pagan Christians. Christians on the ourside for everyone to see and Pagan on the inside  with what they do or don't do.

A very smart man one told me "Don't listen to what a person says, watch what he or she does".

Any Christian that voted for Obama is no Christian I know or want to know.

I have to can't fix a spiritual problem with a political solution.  Approximately 80% of the people of this nation identify themselves as Christians.  However, their walk is any thing but the walk of a Christian.  The social and moral problems we face (i.e. abortion, same sex marriage, drug use) is the result of a luke warm church that does not stand boldly in the Word of God.  The majority of Christian families send their children to public schools, which is a babylonian indoctrination pit that celebrates the religions of atheism and secular humanism.  And then we wonder why 2/3 of Christian young adults leave the faith by the time they join college.

The church is truly the problem.  We have pastors who compromise sin and fail to put out the message of repentance.  They also minimize the importance of Genesis; by compromising the truth of creation to fit with man's fallible explaination.  How do we expect the people to accept Gods Word as the absolute authority in their lives if you teach them that God Word is a lie in the very beginning.
