Christian Work

Personal work means individual effort to lead others to an acceptance of the "Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world." It is the impact of one personality upon another personality, with the definite objective of leading that one to a knowledge of the Saviour and the power and simplicity of his gospel.

WHAT ARE THE OBLIGATIONS OF PERSONAL WORK ?

It is not only a high privilege but an imperative obligation to engage in personal work. Christ commanded it:

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Matt. 28:19,20

Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned. Mark 16:15,16

So, the command to the Christian is "go," and the command to the sinner is "come." Matt. 11:28-30
