Why the supernatural – Part 2

It is so exciting to see the Lord move upon those that believe – but what about those that do not believe and then – Boom! The Lord blows them away in His love and compassion for their soul.  Heals, restores, sets a fire in their spirit and releases them in His Name – That’s the Jesus that I know and Love!

We must have openness to those that do not believe.  When we read through the New Testament many were not followers of Jesus at the time they were healed or witnessed a sign or wonder.  Will God heal someone that isn’t saved?

Why wouldn’t He heal an unbeliever?  I believe that He will do anything to gain the attention of someone that is heading to Hell.  His compassion through love is a key that releases the supernatural atmosphere – we must have an attitude of love at all times – in that love, it creates a place of ministry that allows the Holy Spirit to move freely.

As I mentioned in Part 1 – the supernatural is more then a healing.  I believe we can walk in this lifestyle and be the culture of our Church. It depends on our posture and alignment in the Spirit to the will and purpose of God.  Is it His will to Heal, release miracles, for men and women to have visions and dreams, to move in the gifts of the spirit and to have the gifts that He has given to the Church moving in their role to equip the saints? This is the lifestyle and culture that I seek, need and understand that it is still His heart to move in this way today upon the earth we walk on!

As I was lying in bed last night, I questioned myself in this role.  Les, how many people has the Lord healed through your ministry?  I began to think, hmm – I can only remember one person that walked out of a wheelchair – then I heard the Lord speak to me – how about those that had body aches, those that had headaches, those that had pain and I took it away.  How about those that have had emotional pain or spiritual battles and they found victory through the prayer and wisdom given…

I think many times we may miss the supernatural due to the fact that we are looking for that “big – wow, oh my goodness” experience – and we discredit the working of the Lord on the daily basis.  If we pray for someone and they are different afterwards – then they had and encounter with Heaven!

Yes, I have seen many upon many people touched, healed and set free through the years of ministry that I find myself walking in – am I looking for it to be on a daily basis – absolutely!  Why? Why not?  Imagine living a lifestyle that brings Heaven to the for front where ever you go – think about it – the Holy Spirit is already on the scene with you – for He lives in you!  Let Him out!

Am I zealous for the supernatural – I want to be no more or no less then the supernatural being I was created to be on the day of my conception – period.  I do not want someone else’s ministry nor could I accomplish my purpose if I am trying to model someone else – the same is for you. We should read, study and go to places that are experiencing such breakthroughs – take the impartation and walk in it through the personality that God created you with – not theirs –you will go further in the spirit if you walk in who god created you to be.

Do I believe there are “open heaven” atmospheres in certain churches?  I do, due to the fact that they are becoming who God created that church family to be and to cultivate such a culture that allows the Holy Spirit free reign.  The supernatural is for all – we just need to run after it and cultivate such an atmosphere that is not led by man by Jesus.  If Jesus is the true center –then we are on the right path for the supernatural to be witnessed.

The supernatural should be a common experience and not a rarity.  Its time to have an invasion of Heaven today!
