Fasters...we only have 3 more days!!! You have almost made it! I'm proud of you so you deserve a treat! Another smoothie recipe....hehehe. So I don't know if you like cranberries but they are good for you and taste good in a smoothie. So simple recipe...1/2 cup spinach and 5 baby carrots add apple juice and blend...don't juice it. then add 1 cup fresh cranberries (farm fresh has them for 1.00 a bag), 1/2 cup frozen peaches, 1cup pineapples in natural juice, and whatever else u'd like. I added the left over mango chunks I had. Blend until smooth. Add a little apple juice(dollar general on George Washington Hywy had Motts All natural Apple cider for $.60 for the big bottle. Even after my fast I'm going to drink a smoothie for breakfast and for a snack to give Jay and I all of nutrients that we may miss. I brought the flax seed so I'm going to try adding that into my drinks and foods too...I'm already BLESSED so now I'm Gonna be healthy in 2012. Let me know how it's going people!
