"Approach Tough Times With The Right Attitude"

"Those people who know they have great spiritual needs are happy, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to them."

And yet, how is that you ask?

How does the kingdom belong to us?

Because - Jesus did not come to destroy the law of Moses or the teaching of the prophets but to fulfill what they said. For Jesus told us,..." to be perfect, just as our Father in heaven is perfect."

But how do we do that, when the world is so sinful? That's impossible!

Not really, because by realizing that - Those who are treated badly for doing good are happy, because the kingdom of heaven belongs to them. ...

So, whoever refuses to obey any command and teaches other people not to obey... will be least important in the kingdom of heaven.

But what does that mean you're wondering?

Well let me explain.

That means that, "If we accept suffering, we also rule with him. But if we refuse to accept him, he will refuse to accept us.

"So, all those who stand before others and say they believe in me I will say before my Father in heaven that they belong to me. but all who stand before others and say they do not believe in Me, I will say before my Father in heaven that they do not belong to me." says the Lord.

So, although believers will be persecuted, they can trust that God has a plan for all difficult circumstances.

And,... will receive blessings from God together with Christ. ...

So,... be happy that you are sharing in Christ's sufferings, so that you will be happy and full of joy when Christ comes again in glory.

"So, rejoice and be glad... when people... insult... and hurt you, because you have a great reward waiting for you in heaven."

Therefore, how are you fulfilling Jesus' command to be perfect before God?

Or, do you fall short, by lying, lusting, cheating, coveting, or gossiping?

Because, when you battle one of these temptations, instead of giving in, pray, sing a worship song, or think of a verse that you have memorized. And praise God instead of giving in .

And so, since we are sharing in the many sufferings of Christ. In the same way, much comfort comes to us through Christ. For you see, God's comfort and deliverance are certainties, even in the middle of difficult trials. For God's power protects you through your faith until salvation is shown to you at the end of time.

Because God promises us an inheritance that will never pass away in which he will say to us,... "Come, my Father has given you his blessings. Receive the kingdom God has prepared for you since the world was made."

"And so I tell you, that ... something that will ruin cannot have a part in something that never ruins. Because, the wrong things are clear: ...feeling envy, being drunk, having wild and wasteful parties, and doing other things.

So those who do those things will not inherit God's kingdom."

And so, this is why, "You people who are poor are happy, because the kingdom of God belongs to you.

You people who are now hungry are happy, because you will be satisfied.

And, you people who are now crying are happy, because you will laugh with joy."

"So even though people will hate you, shut you out, insult you, and say you are evil because you follow the Son of Man, ... be happy. yes, be full of joy @ that time, because you have a great reward waiting for you in heaven."

So therefore, ... He who created you...; says, "Don't be afraid, because I have loved you, I have called you by name,... you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you.

When you cross rivers, you will not drown.

When you walk through fire you will not be burned, nor will the flames hurt you.

And this is because I, the Lord, am your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. ..."

So always remember that God never gives up on us. For, He always pursues us when we wander from him.

So, thank God for the lengths he went to bring us to himself. And, reflect on the extreme mesasures Jesus took to purchase your salvation.

And, remember that as you go through each day Jesus continues to work in your life to bring you back to himself each time you stray.

So, "you people who know what is right...- Don't be afraid of the evil things people say, and don't be upset by their insults.

For, moth's will eat those people as if they were clothes, and worms will eat them as if they were wool. ..."

Therefore, we can count on God for, God has a long history when it comes to being faithful.

Because he has kept his people safe for thousands of years.

So, meditate on the things God has saved you from such as hell, drugs, despair, alcohol, sinful habits, hopelessness, restlessness, and selfishness.

And thank God for this most wonderful gift of redemption. And then always remember that, when people insult you because you follow Christ you are blessed; because the glorious spirit, the spirit of God, is with you.

So therefore,... be full of joy, because... these troubles test your fatih; and this will give you patience. So let your patience show itself perfectly in what you do. Then you will be perfect and complete. ... having everything you need.

And so, this is the reason God allows tough situations in our lives in order to refine us and bring us closer to him.

So, we should approach these times wiht a right attitude and seek wisdom from God.
