Blog 19: Unending

Have you ever heard about GOD's unendingness? His grace, mercy, compassion, or his anger, his justice, and the most important of all. His love. He loves us more than we could ever hop to understand, to comprehend (Ephesians 2:3-5; 1:4-6/ Romans 5:8/ 1 John 4:10/ Jeremiah 31:3/ 2 Timothy 2:3/ Matthew 10:29-31/ 1 John 3:1/ Malachi 3:17/ and on and on and on). So doesn't it make sense that whatever he does, he does for our own good.

He normally doesn't so anything bad to us, but he does help you deal with them (Romans 8:28). His love is the most powerful thing in all of existence. Because of his love, we have free will, we can experience the most beautiful things in life, can make it through the hardest things in the world, because of his love we exist. He loves us so much, he wants us to love him just as much (John 3:16/Matt 2:31-40), he loves us so much it should make you ask, what wouldn't he give?

He even made more commandments in the new testament that were based on his love (Matt 5: 43-45). GOD's love, true love, is perfect (1 Corinthians 13:4-7). A great example of love is the story about Dick and Rick Houte ( that last name may be spelled wrong. Rick was born paralyzed and unable to talk. When he got older he was given a device that would let him communicate with people around him. When he was 15 he told his dad, Dick, that he wanted to be involved in a marathon benefit.

His dad agreed, and they've been doing benefits for some time now. Total they've trecked 3,770 miles across America, last time I heard. Thats the kind of love GOD has for us, a love that pushes him to help us through life. So what wouldn't he give?

So may GOD be with us, as we make it through life with his love helping us.
