The subject of this Blog is Water Baptism

. It will be based on an exhaustive commentary that has been placed on (4) one hour audio players that will be provided in a link from this Blog. The commentary teacher is the late Dr. Hubert T. Lindsey, and evangelist for Christ, minister of the Gospel, and Greek and Hebrew Theologian. Dr. Lindsey was tutored in the Law of Moses by a Jewish Rabbi for 15 years and later won this Rabbi to Christ. Much Greek and Hebrew text will be broken down by Dr. Lindsey to provide the studious individual with grounds for an indepth study on the subject of Water Baptism and what the Holy Scriptures really teach about this subject. As many know, there is much confusion in the denominiational circles around our nation on the subject of Water Baptism. Some denominations baptize by immersion. Some denominations baptize by sprinkling. Some denominations baptize by pouring water over the head. Some denominations baptize as an act of obedience or public confession to Christ as Saviour. Other denominations baptize infants only by sprinkling for the removal of original Sin. All denominations think their method of Water Baptism is the "only" right way. You find on this study there are many different kinds of Baptisms taught in the Bible. Some baptisms are performed by God others by man. Some baptisms were cermonial purifications performed according to the Law of Moses. Did Gentile preachers ever baptize? Clairity to these questions will be given throughout this indepth audio study on the subject of Water Baptism. So, what does baptism actually mean? How does the Bible define baptism? How does baptism relate to the ordinances of the Law of Moses? The intent of this Blog is to bring clairity to the many questions that arise on this controversial subject...not contention. The 4 audios (at the link below) will provide answers to many unanswered questions on the subject of Water Baptism. Much, much Greek text is used on these audios so please pause the audios from time to time and take notes for your future study. As a servant for Christ I have personally studied the vast subject of Water Baptism for 22 years. Brother Lindsey also shares a marvelous testimony of how he converted a certain teacher under a certain denomination to a realization of what the Bible actually teaches about the subject of Water Baptism. Beautiful testimony for Christ! Enjoy your study and expect to get answers for many of your unanswered questions about what the Bible teaches about Water Baptism. Here's the link that contains (4) audio players with four hours of rich indepth study on the subject of Water Baptism by Dr. Hubert T. Lindsey. God Bless!
