I was browsing through my bible and I thought or asked, "What is the meaning of love...?" Is love always right? Does love win all the arguments? Is love to defeat others? Let turn to Romans 12:9-12,
["...9Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
10Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;
11Not slothful in business; fervent in spirit; serving the Lord;
12Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;..]
Now this a bouquet of good thing to do for us. Let love be without falsehood. Hate evil intent. Dicern what is good for everyone. Be kind. Respect one another. And this something I have never heard- Not slothful in the business of the Lord. Service with a smile. And remembering it is the Lord we are serving. Happy in hope. Praying when trouble comes and continual prayer a way of life. This only a small dip on the text of Romans and with it we have enought to do for the whole day...
And we remember that love is patient and love is kind. Love does not seek its own but rejoices in the truth. And like we said Love does not insist on its own way. And we read and re-read to remember all this important stuff. It's good for us to know what God has to say about how we relate to each other and we know that God's way is the most fruitful and intelligent way to deal with anything...
