["...1Call now, if there be any that will answer thee; and to which of the saints wilt thou turn?
2For wrath killeth the foolish man, and envy slayeth the silly one.
3I have seen the foolish taking root: but suddenly I cursed his habitation.
4His children are far from safety, and they are crushed in the gate, neither is there any to deliver them.
5Whose harvest the hungry eateth up, and taketh it even out of the thorns, and the robber swalloweth up their substance...]
Now I never thought that wrath kills a foolish man and that envy slays the silly one, "I have seen the foolish taking root: but suddenly I cursed his habitation..." Now isn't that a price to pay for loosing your temper and carrying an issue in your, my heart. Our children are far from safety. Angry families produce discontent, contentious children who do not prosper in the world and tend to be outcast in the world because they cannot contain and control themselves. Some of them go to jail and prison for doing violent crimes of anger and they spend their day wasting their life locked up because we are easily offended. But wouldn't be just more economic to ignore the issue...
And the fact of the matter is that when the Lord is not the lord of the house we have problems of some exalting themselves and proclaiming themselves gods. Has this not happened in God's house, where God is not the Lord of the house we have those who rise up and proclaim to everyone "I am he...", "...the one you should listen to...", and "What is says in the bible is only relative to every person..." And God's directives are not the directives of that house, family or family of God. And God promises that our children and our wealth will not be safe if we carry on with this exercise in wickedness...
Our children our crushed in the world because they have a program instilled in their mind and heart that God will not bless and neither will he open doors for them to where the pasture is green and water flowing from the stream. And Psalm 1 states that blessed is the man who does not listen to the counsel of the ungodly...Now we did not think there was a price for being contentious and loosing our temper!...May you be blessed. Amen.
