What it means to follow Christ by bearing the fruits necessary to enter the kingdom of heaven
Do You Have The Love of Christ Within You’re Heart?
A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. Every tree that bringeth forth not good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. From the words of Paul in 1 Corinthians chapter thirteen, no matter how much faith we have, and no matter how well we know the Bible, without love we are nothing in the eyes of God.
It is my humble prayer that you at least read my words below as a testimony to my faith. The word Christian in the Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance of the Bible means to follow Christ, and the love of Christ passeth knowledge so that the fullness of God can work within us all who follow Him.
Please be a brother and a friend by reading these words below with the words in my website about me and our Lord. We must always know that God our Father knows our every thought and our hearts intent that He will use on judgment day.
How would your faith be while living in poverty? When your rental home has leaks in the roof with a monthly rental fee of $40 that you can’t afford, even though you pray for help while receiving none, how would your faith be? You are with the woman you want to marry, and for over two years you pray together asking the Lord to help so you can be married so you are not living in fornication, but help never comes. How would you feel? You decide to marry anyway with a pair of rings for $24 and only you, your wife to be and the judge for your wedding. Your reception is just the two of you getting something to eat in Chow King. How would your faith be?You have zero income due to an old head injury that marked you as permanently disabled so you were not able to keep steady long term work. You have tried for over 700 positions in just KBR alone with many others in America and other parts of the world with no success. You pray, your broke, you need money, your willing and want to work, but even with many strong prayers in faith you are left with nothing. Times are hard and you get some side work as a mechanic for about $10 a day on and off. With that bending your back begins to give you so many problems that you come close many times to feeling like you’re about to become paralyzed if you keep on pushing yourself. So you pray, take Advil and cut your work times down to half days for only $5. With this all your prayers never cease and your faith always remains without wavering. On top of life’s everyday difficulties are the US embassy and the bureau of immigration. For over 2 years the embassy has said they would help in getting me back to America, and for over two years I haven’t been able to pay monthly visa passport fees. Therefore I now owe 54,000 peso [$1200] because the US embassy would never did what they said, and when I complained they told me that because I married a Philippine woman I am no longer qualified. There is no food to eat, you owe on credit for fish, breads, normal needs like soaps and toothpaste, rent, power and water with no way to pay, and your owes alone will soon double to the figure of near $500. My wife is a 1st grade school teacher which is a very good position to have in the Philippines because it is secure in a country with very little employment, yet because of loan withdraws she is only left with less than $100 per month. Then there is her mom and dad with nothing in another part of the Philippians that she needs and wants to send money to each month. So when she sends them 1000 peso that brings what we have left down to $80. The result is we are always a month behind on everything while having nothing. Yet we never miss our prayers in faith, and when we pray our requests are for others and our needs also that He is already fully aware of. We often just pray for the strength and inner peace that we need to deal with our lives. We have to move and have no funds. We can’t afford rent so we want to build our own shanty or bamboo hut like on Gilligan’s Island. We can rent some dirt to build on for 500 peso a month. We can even get more credit for some of the building materials like coconut 4x4, hollow blocks, mortar and other simple basic needs for our home. Basically for $1000 we could have our own home of blocks and bamboo. We have had more problems and difficulties through time past than I can even list, yet we still pray and always have, and even with no answers we know that God hears us and is doing things we can’t see in His own way and in His own time. My wife wants to go back through collage this coming and next summer to work towards getting her masters degree because then she will be appointed as a school principle. The cost of $600 would get her degree, yet that’s just another number way out of our site. In her school classroom she has 67 kids to teach, and most are so poor that she always wants to help as many as possible in many ways. If we had an orphanage there would be very many children we could help. When I came to the Philippines in December of 2006 I only had $1000 dollars, few clothes and very much weight in Bibles, Strong’s, Holman and other study materials. And by God’s grace, kindness and love I have made it this far because He has a purpose for me within these end times.
My life is a life that belongs totally to God. In the past two and one half years I have been primarily within the same square mile while most of that time being where I live and into the Bible that has become my home.
With all that we have been through including much more, our faith only grows stronger. Ever since January of 2007 I have been writing emails to pastors, churches, brothers and may various Christian websites along with over fifty detailed posts, blogs and my own free web site that is God and His words of truth including a profile about me. www.timesoftrouble.com
Of all my writings, of all my prayers, of all my love for others, of all my diligently seeking God as silver while searching for Him as hid treasure, and of near three years of very difficult hardships with no answers backed by any actions from religious people. . even though God says plainly through Samuel. . . . For the Lord is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed.
My faith and the faith of my wife only stand strong because God tells us to cast our care upon Him because He cares for us. He knows our genuine love and faith because he knows our hearts and is pleased, because without faith it is impossible to please Him. Hebrews 11:6
