Prayers are Needed!

Good Evening All!. I am posting this blog this evening in the hopes that those who read it will pray for me to have strength as I have embarked upon a new journey. I have been going through some trying times lately, (as I am sure we all have), and I have prayed continuously. If the Lord has answered my prayers then I am indeed blind and deaf. I asked the Lord this morning "What can I do oh Lord to prove myself worthy of your blessings and and your grace?" Almost immediately the word "fast" came into my mind. Therefore. I have made an oath to God that I will "fast" until such time as I am found worthy in his eyes. I have made an oath that NO nourishment shall pass between my lips with the exception of Water only. My nourishment shall be the Holy Word of God as I read my Bible daily. I pray that the Lord will find me worthy of his blessings and his grace. I need your prayers brothers and sisters for strength. This will prove to be the most difficult task I have faced in my life as of yet. Thank you all and God bless all of you and keep you safe.

I am praying the will of God to be shown to you and that the Lords answer will as well be clear.  The Lord loves his children!

I'll have to amen with Daniel above. You can fast until your blue in the face, but you'll never be worthy of God grace. You can never ascend to heaven on anything  you can do. If you have any strength left put off you pride and ask God to forgive you for thinking this way...

Believe God that you are sinner and in dire need of his Jesus sacrifice on the cross for ALL of us. We are with you in this sin business. There's none good and all of everyone has come short of the glory of God. God put us in this predicament, unable to deliver ourselves, because Salvation is something God contrives to bring

glory  for himself only and we never to take the Lords' name in vain and say I did it myself...that is a traged in the sight of the Lord...May you pray for us while you fast and eat something and have a feast thanking God for his wonderful mercy on us poor and ungrateful creature we are...God please help us turn! Thanks God!...

Love

My prayers are with you that you may be blessed and keep abiding in the strengths and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

You may want to read 1 Samuel 15:22 and Matthew 7:5

I inserted this quote because I wanted to impart to you about being careful in making oaths.  It is said in many verses not to tempt the Lord.

The Lord be with you brother!

My Dear Brother in Christ, You are already worthy of God's grace and mercy, Jesus died to give us that assurance. Know this, prayer is answered in three ways: 1. yes 2. no 3. maybe. Sometimes we just have to accept His answers and ask for His grace to go through it!

Will be praying for you!

Alex (Jeremiah 29:11)
