The proudly antiquated version of Runescape

Legend_Arts submitted his hybrid on April 9. The same day, West chose some player-made concepts to work with. Two days afterwards, he staged the procedure for turning the most popular ones into in-game versions. Two days after that, he shared a few variations complete with polls to once again let players RS gold form the armor. And he was not just spitballing. Players supplied the alloy, and now Jagex is hammering it into shape.

"That which I worked on last week is going to be the very first layout the players enjoyed," West says. But by that point I'd already set out to create both, so what I am gonna do is make another set in-game and we will have an official poll so they can finally choose which one they need. I do not really mind that one wins. I enjoy the one players "

For all the memes, the Justicar armor fiasco is a great example of the advantages of a player-inclusive strategy, especially for the MMO. Sure, some Old School gamers just need to watch the world burn, but the majority genuinely wish to help improve the sport. In this case, they were not happy, they offered suggestions, and because Jagex acted on them, everyone is becoming a much better raid.

"I think players like when they have a say and if their voice is actually acted upon," West says. "It gives them more power to shape their game, which I'm all for. Being recognized that manner by the devs is excellent, it brings the cheap OSRS gold community to the dev side. ...

A great deal of opinions were questioning how it feels to be an artist becoming so much honest criticism, and I feel like that's the things you learn from. If you're going to dismiss negative criticism, you may also ignore all criticism. It's enjoyable, but it takes a Couple of years to get used to."
