Utter Many Fattening Foods and Substances

 Having been overweight during a period of my life, I understand the psychological suffering of emotion big and unacceptable. Our culture has indoctrinated most of us, especially girls, to think thinness and media-defined splendor brings pleasure, bliss and self-love. In addition, notwithstanding all we are inundated with regarding lifestyle change and fat loss, obesity on the increase ~ now hitting our childhood with alarming statistics. Anything is very wrong.
 
For most of my professional life I have worked with girls experiencing fat problems, questions of self price and human body picture distortions. Within my living, I've received and missing over 1,900 pounds. I know intimately the desperate attempts to be slim and to truly have a body that appears just like the models Fat Freezing company    on journal covers. I have learned dissatisfaction is not treated by dieting or by "building" our bodies. Serious and sustained pleasure with ourselves needs people to dismantle the fake data we inform ourselves or have been informed by others and today think to be true.
