Root Cause of Abnormal Noise in Rice Polisher Equipment(二)

The main reasons for the noise generated by Rice Polisher(LIANGGONG) equipment are as follows:

1. The three-phase current is unbalanced. This is the reason that the three-phase winding has a wrong grounding, short circuit or poor contact. If the sound is very dull, it means that the motor is overloaded or lacks phase operation, and the power is adapted and the pressure of the power is checked. Some devices have too much power to cause the machine to be damaged due to excessive power consumption, which may cause damage to the machine.

2. If the rice polisher machine is emitting uneven sounds during operation, it may be caused by the fan blades colliding with the fan cover. Generally, the blades are off or not fixed. Open the fan cover for maintenance.

3. The air gap between the stator and the rotor is not uniform. At this time, the sound is high and low, and the interval between high and low sounds is constant. This is caused by the bearing wear and the difference between the stator and the rotor. The mechanical operation directly affects all the equipment. Bad, a small detail problem can cause some major components to not work properly.

4. The noise caused by the virtual rubbing of the rotor of the rice processing equipment is a limit state of the broom. It is necessary to make timely adjustments to improve the position of the rotor.
