Loving Edification - Page #5

 Loving Edification

When tragedy befalls us with mental of physical illness God is there waiting with open arms to heal us but if we aren’t honoring our temples everyday by what we put in it, how can God do his part?  HE WON’T!!!

Proverbs 3: 1, 2

1 – My son, do not forget my law, but let your heart keep my commands;

2 – For the length of days and long life and peace they will add to you.

God gave us the Ten Commandments, which are in the Old Testament, so that we can structure a solid moral foundation in building a relationship with Him.  We, as Christians, strive everyday to follow them, so it makes sense to also follow God’s guidelines (commands/law) on how to keep are Temples healthy, so we can avoid the illnesses that come from unhealthy living habits…

With today’s modern technology, they have proven many of our diseases are due to unhealthy life choices.

God gave us free will, however He is giving you the wisdom now to realize what you need to do.  Ask Him for His strength to change your unhealthy living habits, so He can start your healing process…

Proverbs 4: 20, 21, 22

20 – My son, give attention to my words; incline your ear to my sayings.

21 – Do not let them depart from your eyes;

22 – Keep them in the midst of your heart; for they are life to those who find them, and health to all their flesh.

Here it is, as plain as it can be:  the taking in of God’s Word is life and medicine to your flesh.

God Bless - Thank You - Peggy
