Do You Know Where You Stand Before the LORD?

Let Us Look More Intently at
Ezekiel 9 and Revelation 9

Recently I was asked a question which has spurred me to consider the end a little more intently. This direction led me into the LORD'S word to the books of Ezekiel 9:1-11 and Revelation 9:1-6 and here are the results of my analysis.

Ezekiel 9:1-11 is clearly an account of Judgement Day from the view point of All Mighty God. Revelation 9:1-6 is not Judgement Day but, it is the five months preceding Judgement Day. Notice in Ezekiel 9:4-6 the LORD is telling us of those on whom He will have mercy. Realize the LORD does not refer to these people as His chosen or even His elect and this is because they are not. They are those of the world who did acknowledge Him and humble themselves to His will. Consequently the LORD will have mercy on these people safeguarding them throughout their lives and into their ending that they will never meet Satan. Ezekiel represents all the LORD'S chosen as we see in Ezekiel 9:8-11 the LORD is speaking one to one with Ezekiel in heaven. This is telling us during the judgment all the LORD'S chosen will be in heaven with Him. This ought to prove to everyone there are three types of people born to this world; the chosen of God, those not chosen but who do humble themselves to the will of the LORD that they will know His mercy and those lost who have chosen their own way and not the LORD'S way so they are destine for His wrath. So you see there are three groups amongst mankind not just two as it has been thought for many years. I believe this was a teaching initiated by Satan to discourage those who knew they were not among the chosen, that they would follow the whims of the world so the LORD would turn them over to him. Even still we have yet another example of the great mercy of the one true Godhead; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit: the three who are one. Looking at Revelation 9:1-6 we see beginning in Revelation 9:1 this is not an account of Judgement Day as this is only the fifth angel of seven. We see in Revelation 9:2 this angel will open the bottomless pit which is a depiction of Satan's domain on earth. In Revelation 9:3-6 we see the angel has unleashed torment amongst men for five months preceding their final judgment. Whether the torment described is a literal picture of the world during the end times or figurative I can not say with any certainty but, we do know CERN has opened new possibilities for the interpretation of this. We know the scientists at CERN are looking for something specific, they will not say what; but we must realize, what they seek is not for the good of mankind.

Let us take another look at the LORD'S chosen, saved and lost as they are discussed in Revelation 11:3-13 and point out how the LORD has reiterated the same facts relentlessly throughout the Bible; the LORD knows mankind learn through repetion. In Revelation 11:4 the LORD is speaking of His witnesses or all of His chosen; remember there are two of them, the number of the LORD'S chosen. In Revelation 11:11-12 we see the LORD calls His chosen home. In Revelation 11:13 the LORD begins the destruction of the lost leaving only those who did acknowledge His will and humble themselves before Him: the saved. Once again remember, the LORD has already called His chosen home in verse 12; so the remnant left after the judgment are not the LORD'S chosen but, they are those who acknowledged His will and humbled themselves to Him: the saved. They should be referred to as saved because the LORD will safeguard them through their liven and in their end He will assure they will never meet Satan. We see evidence of this in Ezekiel 9:4-6 and Revelation 11:13 so, again, we can clearly see there are three groups of mankind.

You should search the LORD'S word to validate or invalidate this and I offer From on High for your studies along with your King James Bible suggesting you pray unceasingly that the LORD might open His word unto you. I will continue to research this and I hope you will too.
