First blog, basic beliefs

I have never done this before so excuse me if I do it wrong.  Lord willing he will guide my words and use it to help someone in need.

There are certain undeniable facts that I believe when it comes to God and his amazing grace and mercy.  First I'd like to menchen that I believe in the trinity, in that all three are one but yet separate at the same time.  This is kind of a hard subject to wrap your head around at first when seeking understanding.  But as it says seek and ye shall find.

Second I believe without a shadow of a doubt that Gods perfect son died on the cross to save his people, and those people were chosen in him before the foundation of the world.  With that being said I believe the bible when it says that God cannot lie, therefore we can know when Jesus says of all that the father hath given me I shall lose none, but raise them up at the last day. There is no doubt in my mind that every single child he gave his life for will be raised and taken to heaven.

Also, I believe that faith is a beatiful thing, but trials are much more beatiful with the right perspective.  You see the bible says that the trying of our faith is more precious than gold.  Also it says we should be content with whatever situation we are in, and if we suffer to remember that we are partakers in Christs suffering.  Nothing in this life could ever be more to go through than what Jesus bore for us, and in believing that I know there is nothing this world can throw at me that I cannot get through.  Why? Because dear children Jesus said he would never leave us or forsake us, and I know that every time things get rough it only strengthens my faith a little more each time, and for that I am nothing but greatfull.  Our God doesn't like complainers, just contentment with the situation you are in, and a peaceful patiently waiting heart.

Mood: grateful
