Who Gives Kudos:

listening to HIS voice

There was a Christian woman who was engaged to a Christian man. The man is given a opportunity to move to another state with his job. The woman had a job that could easily transfer. Everything lined up for her to go and follow her heart. Instead she looked at what she thought she would be missing. She tells him she can't go there was too much at stake. From that moment on everything goes crazy with her job, mom, friends, bills, and her personal life. I guess she figured she already messed up and God was mad at her so she took to clubs, not paying her bills, listening to her old boyfriend (not the fiancée), overeating, avoiding her mom and at odds with her friends. She hit the lowest point where you just give up. She is at odds with her self. Then picks up her bible and hears the holy spirit saying HE will never leave nor forsake her. Of course, after that intervention she gives her attention to Him and gets her life back on track. This is a summation of a book I read not me.This book moved me so much because how many times do we as Christians think we know better than God and the next thing you know we are in a mess. We have to listen to His voice and trust Him. He is God and he will never put more on you than what you can bear. Remember His yoke is easy and His burden light. Come on, I am talking to someone. All of us have made some bad decisions. All we have to do is listen.
