Where Sin abounded, Grace did abound more

We were all born sinners.  Romans.5:19  because Adam had sinned , and brought death upon himself , because God told him not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for in the day that you eat of it . You shall surely dieGenesis. 2:17 He didn't die physically, but spiritually he lost contact with God. Therefore he brought the curse of sin and death upon all his descendants, we received our life and evil nature from him, so we were born under the power of sin, and lived out our sinful natures, we have all had the experience of sin abounding in our lives. Sin has ruled in our lives, with all its prompting, suggestions, urgings, and temptations.

So sin abounded in our lives.  But that didn't stop Gods plan, Adam was a type of the second Adam who was to come.  Romans.5:14 that man was Jesus Christ and of His fullness we have all received, and Grace for Grace. John.1:16 Yes sin did abound in our old lives, but in our new lives. Grace abounds much more. Romans.5:20 God has brought forth a new thing. God has by His own will consented to bind Himself by covenant to us. We are under a new covenant.  Jeremiah.31.31 God puts a new heart in us and a new Spirit within us, and He will cause us to walk in His ways.  Ezekiel. 36.26-27. The new Spirit is the Spirit of Christ in your hearts, what God has done He sent forth His Son born of a woman, and under the law to redeem us, so that we might receive the adoption as Sons. Galatians.4:4-5 after He had redeemed us, He sent the Spirit of His son into our hearts. Galatians.4.6-7 we are sons, and heirs of God, through Christ.  God has bound Himself by His covenant that He will not turn away from doing good in our lives, and He will put a fear in our hearts so we will never depart from Him.  Jeremiah.32:40 God does His part, and our part. Grace did abound more.

Under the old man sin reigned in death, even so Grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.  Romans.5:21 we rule in life through the righteousness of Christ. Christ is now our life.  Colossians.3:4 for sin will not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under Grace. Romans.6:14 now it is possible for all of us, who have been born again, to walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of god.  Colossians.1:10 we are to pray and ask, to be filled with the knowledge of His will, in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.  Colossians.1:9 we pray and ask, it has to work that way, if we try and walk worthy of the Lord with self effort and works, it is no longer Grace.  Romans.11:6

God strengthens us with all might according to His glorious power. -----Not our Power------It is His power that enables us for all patience and long suffering with joy. Colossians.1:11  The word teaches that God is able to make all Grace abound towards you, that you ALWAYS having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work. 2Corinthians.9:8   When we came into union with Christ, we became one Spirit with Him, we belong to each other, He owns us, and as we walk this spiritual life together, if we are faithless in some area of our spiritual life. He still remains faithful, He cannot deny Himself.  2Timothy.2:13

Nothing can separate us from the love of Christ.   Romans.8:35   there is nothing in heaven or earth that can separate us from the love of our God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.  Romans.8:38-39 such is Grace.

Let’s Manifest Jesus.
