Once saved always saved?

Once saved always saved?-NOT SO! Hebrews 10:26-29 "for if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. there is only the terrible expectation of God's judgement and the raging fie that wil consume his enemies. for anyone who refused to obey the law of Moses was put to death without mercy on the testimony of two witneses. just think how much worse punishment will be for those who have trampled on the Son of God, and have treated the blodd of the covenant, whish made us holy as if it were common and unholy, and have insulted and disdained the Holy Spirit who brings God's mercy to us." this passage in Hebrews clearly states we have no sacrifice for our sins if we willingly keep sinning simply because we know how full of mercy and meekness our Father possesses. yes our Lord is very forgiving but if we keep sinning because we believe we will be saved as long as we believe in Jesus. Yes its true we must have full faith in our Lord Jesus to be saved but having faith isn't the only requirement for salvation. we have to constantly confess our transgressions and pray for deliverance from sinful temptations. Its simply to hard to comprehend that all we have to do to be saved is have faith and then we can do want we want with no regard to the consequences as long as we believe. thou can continue to sin thinking we will be saved simply because we believe in Jesus and have faith. Your faith and love should overwhelmingly make you want to restrain from temptation and sin. you cant continuously sin because you have faith and will automatically be forgiven.

Perhaps a different view

I believe one can receive or"hear" knowledge of the truth without really receiving "THE Truth.(Jesus) Amen?" Such as Honoring Him with their lips but their hearts being far from Him......This isnt so with a Kings Kid...for

Hebrews 10:38 says "But my righteous one shall live by faith: and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him.  The Religious Rulers felt they were righteous, but was not.

Verse 38: But, we are not of those who shrink back to destruction, but of those who have faith to the preserving of the soul.............We have faith in HIS faith..the Author and Finisher, Our begininng and Our end...We Live IN Him and we are the righteousness of God IN Christ, A New and Living Way...No longer living in  a sin conscious state...but Christ conscious.

Ist John 3:9 No one who is born of God practices sin, because His seed abides in him and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

Do we really believe He abides in us?  This is Key!...If we do...then we don't "deliberately sin." We can't. ...but , if we do falter in some way.., He is Faithful and Just to continually clease us from all unrighteousness...

There was only one sacrifice for ALL time.  Heb. 10:9 &10...His name is Jesus....If we are saved...truely saved..we are saved once and for all time....

This is my take anyways....

There is alot to be learned in Chapter 10 of Hebrews... Actually, the whole Book....
