A sure escape route - 2Peter

Have you ever wondered what qualities should be present in a life committed to God? This lesson will list some of those which you can strive to incorporate and grow in your life. You can't sit down with a check beside of each item and declare "I have completed the list so I have made it now." These are qualities that have no end until physical death or a decision to end the commitment. Although the list presented here does not encompass all of the aspects, it certainly provides guidance in the proper direction. read entire study

This list is assuming that I can change anything about myself. Which I cannot, if I could then Jesus' Sacrifice would have been unneeded. It is only through The Holy Spirit that change happens and it will happen without stress. Trying to change ourselves, leaves us stressed out and the weakness though outwardly may not be apparant, inwardly it still exists. Ask any alcoholic who is going through a human program to change, they may not be drinking, but they are still struggling with it. On the other hand a spiritually lead person, who has the Holy Spirit, no longer has a thought of it. This is not meant to offend it is simply the Truth. I have been on both sides of the fence.
