How Only True Believers Can Keep Faith No Matter What Their Circumstance in Life
When any person has gone through years and years of only hard times while seeing civilization from God's point of view, all we can do is go with the flow, struggle, pray, hope and wait for God to give us at least basic needs which fellow believers have never done while being the greatest judges full of lip love towards our creator and nothing more; and they will all be judged by God through showing them the same compassion they showed others. (Proverbs 21:13)
All I want is a job so I can at least eat, take better care of my wife, and just live some kind of a life that I have never had.
I have over 35 years’ experience in many trades and greatly need employment for income.
My last position was 4 months work out of 6 years without work as Mechanical Supervisor for QED [Quest Exploration Drilling] as an Expat working in the Philippines where I have lived six years with many responsibilities regarding equipment repairs, modifications and supervision over the mechanical, fabrication, painting, transportation, parts and security departments.
# 1 is being so very dedicated that jobs only get preformed once as in right the first time because I watch closely while making sure everything is correctly done.
# 2 is taking advantage of today’s modern technology. In other words, when a person has a computer at their disposal, there are no limits to questions regarding trouble shooting on all subjects that can be answered through select information based on ones well developed mechanical abilities.
# 3 is the required patience to see that a job right without all the hurry up making it improper, unstable and not according to specifications.
# 4 is being very open and honest. If I have an idea of a better way of doing a required job function with only much thought on the matter at hand, I will speak my mind; and the same is true with any individual having to do with the operation who is functioning more in reverse than the forward progress that we all need to maintain and improve always.
# 5 is my desire to work with a willingness to go anywhere in this world and do whatever it takes to become as a valued while being only as a benefit.
# 6 is most important of all because I understand God, reality and the truths regarding the beginning of the end of civilization under the pathetic rule of man which has brought this world into the mess that now exists worldwide.I am no preacher and keep to myself -- yet can with very clearly see with understanding what most all on this planet cannot because God is my only teacher without any confidence or trust in man through religions, beliefs, ways, doctrines or traditions.
I am seeking any position available as supervisor or worker.
My work history makes me one highly experienced hands on individual as a welder/millwright/mechanic and many other trades with very good organizational skills for an excellent visual in all I do with my hands and mind within manufacturing, industrial and repair facilities when making repairs on all types construction equipment, vehicles and everything mechanical including production machinery, bio medical waste furnaces, cooling towers and conveyors.
My 40 past years of experience have placed me working at secure sites such as naval shipyards, nuclear power plants and United States Military Bases in foreign countries.
My most recent position separated from military was a mechanical supervisor for Quest Exploration Drilling as expat in the Philippines.
I have become qualified in all phases vehicle and equipment mechanical repairs such as clutches, brakes, suspension, engines, cooling systems, electrical, track bearings, hydraulics, pumps and even my own design with production of Track Guides for a drilling rig.
Contract Jobs All Over USA, Iraq, Kuwait and Philippines
Mechanical supervisor for QED in Manila with their drilling operations spread all over the Philippines, New Guiana and Solomon Islands.
My work and time have also been all phases of steel replacement with proper fit and welding on heavy equipment such as Earth Movers, Bulldozers, Track Hoes, Loaders and just an endless variety of machinery and equipment.
My dedication to work well done has also been at various Nuclear Power Plants and Coal Fired Boiler Power Plants, Steel Mills, Tire Manufactures and many others as a welder/millwright for a large variety of required shutdown upgrades, repairs and expansion for more productivity.
I spent time with Seaboard Foundations working on a Barge assembling and welding 70” x 70’ sections of pipe for permanent bridge piers to be filled with concrete. My position also required other welding and fabrication along with all required mechanical repairs and maintenance on cranes, IR compressors or any piece of equipment where maintenance was required.
When in Iraq, my function was a fabricator and welding foreman building gunner protection shields on Turrets, under armour for added body protection regarding roadside IED with many other needed projects for soldiers in Iraq.See letter from Army below.
SUBJECT: Recommendation for promotion
1.The following is a recommendation for promotion of Mr Jeff Callarman.
2.Mr Callarman continually proved that he is a confident, dedicated, professional and technically capable leader. It has been my distinct pleasure to work alongside Mr. Callarman. He is by far one of the most motivated and adaptable civilian employees in our section. His commendable work ethics and repair expertise led me to call on him for numerous technically demanding maintenance repair missions. I would not hesitate to work with this extraordinarily proficient leader in any world-wide situation or location.
3. Mr Callarman displayed to me and this team that he is a top notch employee with outstanding technical and supervisory skills. His dedication to the increased safety of United States Soldiers was exemplified by his fabrication of a multitude of vehicle ballistic devices. His efforts without a doubt will help save lives. He requires no direct supervision to stay on mission and leads his fellow civilian employees to a rapid and accurate repair completion. His actions; not words, elevate him above his peers.
4. Mr Callarman is a self-motivated, loyal, intelligent leader and team player. He will without a doubt make an outstanding supervisor and will be sorely missed here.
