About me:
The following is a product of the "Apostle's Doctrine"according to the New Testament records of the Bible: ∑ The foundation of our Church is based on the true Gospel message according to the Prophets. (1 Cor. 15:1-4, Romans 1:1-5). The truth of the message we preach is one that ministers the person of Christ to the human soul. This Gospel is the power of God unto Salvation that morally changes the hearts and lives of those that trust Christ alone for the forgiveness of sins. Salvation of the human soul is our main objective. We know Christ changes the hearts and lives of those who believe. We use a King James Version of the Bible to teach from. ∑ We are a New Testament Church that believes, practices, and teaches Christian Holiness by the power of Godís Grace. This Grace is what keeps the Holy Spirit present in our lives. ∑ The Bible is our textbook. We preach from Old Testament prophecies, the four Gospels, and the New Testament records. The Bibleís historical, archeological, geographical, and prophetic truth has formed the basis of faith we live by. From the Holy Scriptures based on Christ we teach Godís plan of redemption for the human family, Our teaching ranges from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelation i.e.; Creation, Adam, Noah, The Law of Moses, the Prophets, the Church, the Rapture, the Tribulation, the second coming of Christ, the 1000 year reign, and final redemption through Christís millennial reign. ∑ Winning souls and maintaining fellowship through Christ is a priority within our local body. We believe in a daily responsibility and accountability to God through a Saviorís love. The following statements of our faith will beautifully describe the distinction between the unbelieverís frailty/depravity in light of the believerís accountability/responsibility to God in three persons (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit). The work and action of God within our hearts and lives through faith is the standard of Christianity we live by.
Who I'd like to meet:
when man "finds" redemption through the power of Christ! Forgiveness is found within the soul of sinful man through belief! Not because this man asked or was sorry..but because Christ loved him enough as a sinner that he would die with a willingness to be crucified. Jesus desires and wants to deliver all men from their evil, wretched, and sinful condition in life...but not solely because they are sorry or they ask...but... because they "believe" and "trust" in what He did for them personally at the Cross at Calvary. Something happens when man turns to Christ's death alone for forgiveness! A sinful man thus becomes "through" with the old lusts . Something happens because a sinner finds power to do right through the death of a Saviour on the cross! People need to find personal forgiveness at Calvary! They need to find personal deliverance from lust and sensuality. They find Mercy and Grace when they connect to a Saviour's love and holiness. When they find Christ and His miracle pardon over their their old conversation...they will be through with the old life of lust, the old life of sensuality, and the old life of dirty living. They willfully "quit" their meanness because Christ changes them morally by the exceeding riches of His Grace!
