Do you know to interpret GODS Word, to suits your behavior, and teaching people to violate to damaged the Temple of GOD, with sin. Which is where The HOLY SPIRIT Dwells.

Dear Franszwa--It seems to me that when God Created Adam and Eve, He created also, every variety under the sun, oriental Adams and Eves, Negroid, Caucasion, Mongoloid gay , lesbian, diabetic, those Adams with spinal bifida, etc , etc, every variety that exist as comes about via the phenomenon of cause and effect.
Homosexuality exist in every animal species, including same sex pairing and raising of young.-- and God certainly made them and even preserved them when He saved them from the great flood. I guess God knows what He's doing.You can check that out on Wikipedia.
Homosexuality was an integral part of many advanced cultures long before Judaism came about--wasn't God around then, too?
Moses, my Hero, in Deuteronomy never said a thing about same sex relationships. It was only in Leviticus where the "lying pens" of the scribes"(Jeremiah) did it pop up. More importantly, Jesus never said a thing about same sex relations even though it was a common practice among the Roman soldiers.
Paul's teachings are contradictory. On the one hand he wanted to bring the gentiles into his religion so he preached that the Jewish laws were not applicable to them. On the other hand, in order to not totally alienate the those Jew who followed this new religion, he taught many of the Jewish laws were applicable to gentiles. The biggest contradiction was that on the one hand he claimed that salvation was by faith and not by effort or works. Then on the other, he turned around and and set for a laundry list of things that people had to avoid (work and effort) in order to get to heaven.
Also many of the scriptures you cite, for example Matt 5:19-20 has been shown by many scholars to be redactions and emendations.

Dear Franszwa, I was posting on another thread and realized, the post was a complete answer to your post here. Jesus nailed the LAW you cite, to the cross. It is no more. All who believe are made perfectly righteous by grace.


Colossians 2:13-14 is sometimes presented as proof of Paul's views-- "...he forgave us all our sins, having canceled the written code, with its regulations, that was against us and that stood opposed to us; he took it away, nailing it to the cross." And in Colossians 2:16 Paul states that current behaviour is also free from "judgement", it appears more likely that Paul, or whoever wrote Colossians, is claiming the Law itself has been abolished.
ANd, consider Acts 13:39: "Through him everyone who believes is justified from everything you could not be justified from by the law of Moses.", and Romans 6, that twice states, that believers are not under the law: Romans 6:14 "For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace" and Romans 6:15 "What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!". And, Galatians 3:1-5 describes the Galatians as "foolish" for relying on being observant to the Law: "You foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched you? Before your very eyes Jesus Christ was clearly portrayed as crucified. I would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit by observing the law, or by believing what you heard?"
Galatians 3:23-25 announces the purpose of the Law: to lead people to Christ. And once people believe in Christ, they are no longer under the Law: "Before this faith came, we were held prisoners by the law, locked up until faith should be revealed. So the law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the law."
And although, stated in many other places, Romans 10:4 says "Christ is the end of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes." (NIV)

PastorFran..I agree..Homosexuality is indeed a sin but so is all sexual acts that take place outside of marriage. Your message would be received better if you were to explain that sexual immortality is not limited to homosexuality.

I think that it is important to teach the WHOLE truth. Sexual acts of any kind are immoral outside of the Godly ordained union of a one man, one woman marriage.

What I think is the problem with porn is that one sits on their fanny searching for it then expending themselves on it. What get's sacrificed is the development of maturity, character and social skills and friends.
You don't give much information but there are 12 step programs for sexual addicts. The 12 Steps is a miraculous path to follow for all kinds of problems. It gets us out of feeling guilty and failure, with the perspective, "I can't, He can, "Let Him" I'm not saying your an addict but if you participate and not just sit there, you will gain great insight,and probably some friends who understand you and a good relationship with your Father in Heaven who loves you. There is also a great prayer that I meditate on all the time, "God grant me the serenity to ACCEPT the things I can not change, the courage to CHANGE the things I can, and the WISDOM to know the difference. That's what all of our lives is about, LoJ
I'm not saying don't pray, but you have to get out of the house, socialize, become a marathoner, run, work out etc., work more, go to more classes etc.
Do things and preferably things that will involve developing friends and even significant others,

Do you think you were created to sit on your fanny and be passive in life. Finding activities you enjoy away from the computer will redirect your life to the abundance God wants you to have.

Desire for sex is an evolutionary reaction in order to populate as much as we can as a species. It is seen in every animal including ourselves. We should not limit sex education (because it teaches about a subject inevitable in our lifetime,sex) or porn(it is shown that areas with increased access to porn is actually less violent and more community oriented).

In animals (which we are not) it is the desire to repopulate, not have a wife or a husband for a life time partner. God set them up this way, which is why they only breed once a year unlike humans. When we follow God’s rules, will have lifelong spouse unlike animals which the strongest sires all the fertile females. Teen pregnancy has went up over 600% and single unwed mother birthing babies from 5% in the early 60s to 75% today, a raise of 1400%. We have people starting to act like animals because people like Madelyn Murray O'Hare took morale standards out of our schools. I debated an atheist who when I asked, “if you remove God’s standards and morals, were will you get morals from”. He answered very smugly and said,”I can determine my own standards and what is right and wrong.” I then stated, “then anyone can come off the street and shoot you and it’s ok”. He replied, “No that would be murder”. My final response was, “according to your logic, if his self defined standard and morals says it is not murder, he has done nothing wrong”. He became angry and stomped off because God’s truth, as always, will prevail. Science has proven evolution as a falsity for years. Evolution violates the first law of science; you can only have life from preexisting life. Evolution says we came from a rock. There is a man in Florida, Kent Hovind who for 15 years has had a $250,000 offer to anyone who can show hard evidence that proves evolution is a viable theory, and he still has his money. Evolution is really not a scientific fact but a religious following. I’ll be praying for you. Look up Mr. Hovind and maybe he can open your eyes. I know if you don’t, you already know God way is the truth and evolution is a lie but you would rather live a lie. God Bless.

How about a married,middle aged couple,of many years together, where the wife is very ill and physically unable to nurture that part of the marriage. The husband is still healthy, and still has a normal sexual appetite, would it then be immoral to seek release in masturbation? Never having given in to any temptation to be unfaithful to his Wife is he then still to be condemed and guilt ridden for participating in such an act of asexual self pleasuring?

Dear Jim, as for me, I never said or meant to suggest that guilt or condemnation is a solution to anything let alone, masturbation. I'm not considered the best source on sin around here, but honestly, my Father is far too vast and magnificent to do anything but love you and give you good things.*
Think of this : IMAGIN you have a house on Mars with a light switch here on earth that with a flick, ignites your swimming pool and the enormous glass dome that covers it. If you snapped the light on, depending where Mars was at the time, it could take 42 minutes for you to see that beautiful dome light up.
Mars is just in our backyard, a dot in our galaxy. The time it takes for light to travel across our galaxy is 100,000 years. There are millions and millions of Galaxies but from the farthermost one we can observe, it takes 100 Billions years for light there to reach earth. That's just a chip of INFINITY-- a cuticle on God's little finger. Yet His kingdom is inside you and He loves you.
