Default Picnic Fun

The 4th of July is creeping up on us and it is a weekend of family events here in the US. Whoo hoo, Independence day. Freedom from government that taxes you but doesn't represent you. (Wait.... that doesn't describe NY right now, but we are having a Tea Party.) Anyway, traditionally it is a time of picnics, parades, BBQ's, and fireworks. I've got a blanket spread on the lakeshore over at "Don't Post Here" and am inviting you all to a picnic. But ya gotta bring something. So tell us what's your favorite thing to bring to a picnic. It can be food, a game, music, whatever.

Whatcha bringing?

My appetite? Okay okay, I will bring some Dr. Suess books and read some of them, and then we will talk about the great spiritual messages in them!!
And.... perhaps I will bring some apples and peanut butter. I can cut up the apples and you can all dunk the slices into the peanut butter.

The combination of those three would no doubt make me as green as your guacamole.

Sounds good! Tell ya what, I'll bring my crank ice cream maker and we'll make some fresh ice cream to put on it. Dewayne: you can have one spoonful, 'kay. ;-)

The pie is sugar free, other than the natural sugars. Perhaps Dewayne would like a bite to go with his ice cream.
