Default A night vision

I want to share a night vision I experienced. I woke up in fear from the power of these thoughts. It may seem strange and it may imply several things that will go against the grain of many denominational teachings. Here at the beginning I don't know how long this will be. If this causes you to think then fine, if not you may discard it.

I was sent out on a scouting mission, I was alone. The Lord knew something we did not and He wanted us to see it for ourselves. I came in from the open country. There before me was a city. This was a very large city, spread out in a river valley. There in the middle was a large river and I could see several bridges across it. As I began to make my way through this city I could see that it was abandoned and was starting to suffer from a lack of upkeep. I could also see damage from vandals There was trash flying down the streets from overturned trash bins. Many windows and doors were broken through. There was a sign hanging from a remaining chain fluttering in the wind.

As I moved along I came to what looked like a park. There was a block of tall apartment building. They had been very nice apartments. What caught my attention was that these buildings had all been stripped of their outer coverings and inner walls which lay in a heap at the base of each structure. There was only the steel skeletons remaining. I scanned each structure and saw that almost at the top, perhaps fourteen floors up of one of these structures there were several black birdlike creatures gathered around what looked like the remains of a stair well. They were squalking and flapping there wings and seemed intent on something in their midst. I understood them to be demons. Only the landing and a few steps leading up and down remained plus a small section of wall in the corner. There was something else alive there. The Spirit spoke to me and I began to climb the structure where I could not be seen by the bird things. When I reached the level they were on I began to work my way around to see the object of there attention. I attained a vantage point and could see the stair landing. There was a woman sitting huddled in the corner. Her face was streaked with tears and her clothes were dirty and torn. I could see broken picture frames and torn photos on the landing in front of her. Her head was drooped on her shoulder and she had very little life left in her. The Spirit opened my mind and I understood the story. These demons had trapped this woman in this place with no escape. They were tormenting her. They would tell her things like "Tomorrow all your family will come back and they will rebuild this place and you will see your children and you will eat and sing together just like before". And when the darkness came they would taunt and torment her and tell her that her family were all dead and she was going to die there in that corner. They had raised her hopes and dashed them so many times her heart was about to fail. She had been there for some time.

One of the demons looked in my direction and saw me in my hiding place. When the demon saw me I could see myself. I looked like a human head placed on the body of a strange creature which was a cross between a crab and a spider monkey. As all the demons began to move towards me the Spirit spoke: "It's time to leave". I turned and began to run through the open beams as if born to them. That weird body was perfect for the task at hand. I quickly left the demons behind and made my way out of the city. I returned to the countryside and came to the camp of God's people. I was myself again. I reported what the Lord had revealed to me. The Spirit spoke to our hearts and gave us our instructions. I took a small band of solders with me and returned to the city. We assaulted the tower where the woman was and killed the demons. One of the sisters who was with us picked the woman up in her arms and moved through the air back towards the camp of the saints. The rest of us proceeded to destroy the city. The destruction was so through that only a deep smoking crater remained. Even the river was gone.

This is the interpretation I received from the Lord.

The city was the church. But the kingdom was coming. It was time to move on. All the people of god had found their way out of the city and were making their way into the kingdom. But this one woman had been unable to let go of her life in the church. All her dreams and memories were there. It was there her children had been born. There was the memory of birthdays and anniversaries and baptisms and friends and worship and fellowship. And she loved these things. So when she heard the trumpet she could not bring herself to leave. She had gathered up some pictures and started down the stairs but her heart would not let go. Her mistake. But the Lord was faithful. Because He knew her He decided to forgive her disobedeantce. So we were sent to rescue her, something we would not have done on our own.

But once the kingdom comes the old ways of the church, where everyone does as they see fit, can not be allowed to stand. So it's destruction.

Imagine a hospital that must be remodeled. The building must be emptied so the doctors and nurse have tents set up in the back lot where they continue to care for the people. After awhile everyone understands that if you need medical care or have an emergency you go to the tents. But one day the contractor tells the chief administrator "We are finished !! you may move back in". So all the equipment and beds are moved back in to the building. From now on people need to go to the building for help.

But as long as the tents are still standing some people will make the mistake of going there when they need help. But drug dealers and pimps and evil men have set themselves up in the tents. Some even wear the smocks and coats of doctors and nurses. Pity the poor souls who lay down on the table under their care!

So that which is passing away must be removed completely. No false hope or false promise may be allowed to ensnare the passing soul.

There are terrible implications for you who have the authority of Christ laid upon your shoulders. Learning to walk in the authority of Christ is more than an honor. It is a duty. There are many hard decisions to make. The problems most of you have is that you are too compassionate. You find it almost impossible to fulfill your duties as fellow gardeners with Christ. But there are bitter weeds that need to be pulled. There are ravenous wolves that need to be driven away or killed. While we are so fragmented and divided many things escape our attention. But the care and feeding of God's people means cutting down the false and evil men before they slaughter the sheep. No false apostle or prophet must be allowed to set themselves up and draw souls aside unto themselves. The kingdom is coming. How can this be? But it must be. So I say to you who bear the sword of your God: Polish the blade. Oil the scaboard. Put your armor in order. Lay aside your quarrels. Present a united front of shields to the approaching enemy. Love not your lives unto the death. Your God is faithful. He will come and get you even if He has to kick in the gates of, well you know.

James, I'm sitting here speechless. I am unable to convey to you the overwhelming feelings I have in reading this. TY for bringing this message forth to our camp.

This is pretty amazing James. I understand it and I sure that there are some who will read it that will. My hope is that you have written this down to keep as well as the other one which you shared. The part about the structure reminded me of a vision which was given to someone about me many years ago; I'll have to find it... Thank-you for sharing this.

CK, I assume here that you are making a distinction between the Kingdom and the Church, and that you are saying that the hospital is the kingdom and the tents are the church?

For the purpose of this presentation , yes, there is a difference between the church and the Kingdom. The church is where many are called, the kingdom is where few are chosen. The church is subject to the will and judgement of men. It is where the cult leaders can hide and hunt the souls of men. The kingdom is subject to the will of the King. As it says in Psalms 1 :

Ps 1:5 Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, Nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

The church is where:

Jud 17:6 In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did what was right in his own eyes.

The kingdom is where:

Mt 6:10 Your kingdom come. Your will be done On earth as it is in heaven.

Yes I would say the hospital is that which remains and the tents are that which passes away.

To me the church is where building stones are prepared, the Kingdom is where they are used.

Very good James. Very good indeed.
