Default Are you Forgiven?

Can a person really truly be forgiven for there sins? Not by God himself but by his people? Even if they have done the smallest thing comparied to others. Just want to hear your opinion.

To forget is the true test of forgiveness. It is not as hard to say "I forgive you" as to actually let go of the memory of the perceived transgression. To do that one must really want the individual in question to be fully restored to their former state.

People, even God's people in general does not have the Love of God to the degree we should to forgive our brothers and sisters. There are always some exceptions, people who can forgive and accept faults of others as we ourselves have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but the numbers who do are probably less than 20%, but thats just IMO.

I sure hope we can totally forgive others or we're all in trouble.

Matthew 6:15 (Contemporary English Version)

15But if you don't forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Thank God we won't have to hear any more from those fake Christians with a "Remember 9/11" morality once we're taken to heaven.

Yes Dr. Frank, thank God that no man is our judge, because ANY man would not be a fair judge, but would come in with many pre-concieved likes and dislikes.

when the Lord forgives, he forgets it, we cant.
we want to remember and bring it up.

I went to a church one time and about 4 or 5 would always testify about how rotton they used to be, how sorry,

I always thought,if your not witnessing to a person that has a problem you have done been through. Why keep on bringing it up.

some times we cant forgive our on self,
only God can truly forgive,

If I forgive you for something, I dont need to bring it up to you.......Dewayne
