| | Bucket list Okay, we've got threads going on end-times stuff, reincarnation, euthanasia, so it's gotta be done. What's the top item on your bucket list and why?

| | Re: Bucket list #1 Going to the southern part of the northern part of the western hemisphere.
#2 Attending a predominantly black church in the 'deep south'.
#3 Cruising around the world a time or two or three via freighter boats.
(#3 is my first preference, #1 is His first preference) |

Riding the train on the original route of the Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul in a luxury davenport car.
I love train travel. Clack,clack,clack....

| | Re: Bucket list My Bucket List:
1. Buying lake property in MI preferably on the same lake where my kids were priviledged to spend alot of time growing up as I did; as a place to go when I am in MI visiting my family and tending to my mom.
2. Visiting Ireland as it is something I've always wanted to do to find the family roots.
3. Trail Ride on horses which ends up at a camp where I can then go white water rafting a long time goal.
4. Visiting the Holy Lands which has always been a desire if I can get past the long flight.
5. A barefoot cruise because a large cruiseship doesn't interest me.

| | | Re: Bucket list I've been blessed throughout my life to have been able to do so many things many people don't get to do, and see so many places and people. There would only be a couple of things....
- Visit the Churches in Jerusleam and Constantinople
- 10 Laps at Nürburgring (Nordschleife) also known as "The Green Hell"; any car would do, but given a choice the Ferrari F430 would be great.
Blessings

| | Re: Bucket list I assume "bucket list" to mean things we want to do before we pass from this earth.
1. Visit Isreal again and swim in the dead sea again (that rocked)
2. Visit Ireland.
3. Visit Wales.
4. Visit New Zealand
5. VIsit Australia
6. Visit Egypt and be able to see ALL the sites
7. Visit St. Petersburg Russia
8. Visit the South Pole
9. Have someone sail me and the wife around the world at leisure in a boat sleeping about six, with a stove, a frig, food storage, a pot, and lots of fans. And a small power boat attached so we never have to take the main boat in, the pilot would be made to leave sometimes for some privacy's sake.
10. Drive the Pan American Highway at leisure from Alaska to South America
11. See the Grand Canyon again
12. See the giant redwood forest and the large sequoia trees.
13. Have a self reliant house built (solar power, wind power, geothermal power, a well, hydroponic guardens, 2 large greenhouses, a waterfall, about 40 acres or so, a half dozen chickens, a barn, a labroratory, a workshop for wood working and other general tasks. An underground complex where my family and others could be hid if the need arose (big enough to hold around 20 people for over 60 days).
Well thats all I can think of off the top of my head, but if I was to truly think about it, the list could get really long.

(Sorry.) | Things we want to do before we die. Like the movie The Bucket List. You need to watch more movies. You're way behind. |

My list is too long. Ill go with just one catagory: TRAVEL.
1) The Holy Land
2) Vatican/Rome
3) Japan
Thats about it. I actually travelled quite a bit when I was younger, so I've seen a lot. But I was bad back then so I saw a lot of the wrong stuff. LOL | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode |
