Jimmy Akin was the apologetic who nailed down the exact Friday that Jesus died. Its almost worth calling in to ask him again how he come up with the date. Back tracking moon phases, using recorded history and such he was able to arrive at a firm date.

Did come across a article that Jimmy wrote here is the main emphasis or what he was pointing out. I find it to be significant....

This allows us to narrow down the time of Jesus' death to a very specific point in history: around 3:00 p.m on Friday, April 3, A.D. 33.
