Where are the lines drawn in God's word?

At what age is it okay to marry?Puberty?

Is a marriage among cousins right or wrong?(Some scriptures we may look at : Lev. 18:8,9,11/Lev.20:17)

Lev. 18:8 the fathers nakedness is to sleep with his wife.

I would like to encourage scriptural support for our comments when ever possible!

The views seem to vary from state to state and nation to nation and home to home.There are 24 or 26 states today that accept cousins to marry legally and Kansas has no age requirement as long as a parent is consenting!
Often times it seems that before certain laws come into effect that transgressions of such were a means of God's will. with Abraham and Sarah being half brother and sister was this incest? For their Children represent the 12 tribes! Just areas of discussion.
