Accuracy of Chair Mould Is Measured By Tolerance Grade

Compared with metal products, plastic products have great advantages, so now plastic products have been involved in all aspects of our life. Due to the increasing demand for plastic products in the market, plastic manufacturers have to be more efficient in producing plastic products themselves.

The injection moulding quality of Chair Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) includes two aspects: processing precision and surface quality. Processing precision is the degree of conformity between the actual size, shape and position of the surface of processed parts and the ideal geometric parameters required by drawings. Both it and processing error processing are geometric parameters to measure the processing surface of the chair mould.

Under normal circumstances, the processing precision of chair mould is measured by tolerance grade. The smaller the grade value, the higher the precision. However, the machining error is expressed by a numerical value. The larger the numerical value, the larger the error. High machining accuracy means small machining errors and vice versa. It is necessary to know that the actual parameters obtained by any machining method are not absolutely accurate. From the perspective of the function of the part, the machining accuracy is considered as long as the machining error is within the tolerance range required by the part drawing. However, the surface quality of the chair mould depends on the machining quality of the parts and the assembly quality of the machine. The machining quality of the parts is also composed of the machining precision and the surface quality of the parts. The main factor affecting the machining precision is the dimensional precision.

There is also the performance of the processing materials used in the injection moulding of the chair mould, which requires high hardness of the steel material. At the same time, mould processing equipment is required to have thermal stability and high reliability. For complex cavities and multi-functional composite dies, the design and manufacturing level of the dies must be improved with the complexity of the shape of the parts.

Especially when a plurality of grooves and a plurality of materials are formed or assembled into a multi-functional composite chair mould assembly in a set of moulds, a large amount of processing and programming programs are required, the multi-functional composite chair mould has high comprehensive cutting capability and high stability of a high-depth whole cavity, and the processing difficulty is increased. If the quality of the chair mould to be produced is good, the mould manufacturer must design the drawing of the mould in advance, so as not to rush out the drawing when the chair mould is really needed and lead to poor quality of the mould.

What is The Dimensional Accuracy of Household Product Mould

1. The dimensional accuracy of the Household Product Mould(FURNITUREMOULD) refers to the degree of conformity between the actual size of the machined part and the tolerance zone centre of the part size.

Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation of part size in domestic product mould processing. Under the same basic size, the smaller the tolerance and the smaller the size, the higher the dimensional accuracy.

2. The shape accuracy of the household product mould refers to the degree to which the actual geometric shape of the machined part surface conforms to the ideal geometric shape.

The items for evaluating the shape accuracy include straightness, flatness, roundness, cylindricity, line profile, etc. Shape accuracy is controlled by shape tolerance. All shape tolerances are equally divided into 12 accuracy classes except roundness and cylindricity. Level 1 is the highest and level 12 is the lowest.

3. The positional accuracy of the household product mould refers to the difference in actual positional accuracy between the relevant surfaces of the processed parts.

The items for evaluating the position accuracy include parallelism, verticality, inclination, coaxial, symmetry, position, circular runout and full runout. Position accuracy is controlled by position tolerance, and the position tolerance of each item is also divided into 12 precision grades.

4. The relationship between dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy and position accuracy of domestic product moulds.

Generally, when designing machine parts and specifying the machining accuracy of parts, attention should be paid to controlling the shape error within the position tolerance, and the position error should be smaller than the size tolerance. That is, the shape accuracy requirement of precision parts or important surfaces of parts should be higher than the position accuracy requirement, and the position accuracy requirement should be higher than the size accuracy requirement.
