Who Gives Kudos:

Perhaps we rather pray than celebrate...!

After I wrote my last blog, a sudden rush of heaviness and depression came upon me for no reason apparntly. I lay in bed most of the day, my chores on hold and had the most intense spiritual affliction for no reason, appantly! But when I got better and could think a little clearly, I had overlooked the fact that there's a malady that happen around Christamas and even Thanksgiving...Holiday Depression!...

My daughter called me a she too wanted to call it quit and needed something to cheer her up fast. I couldn't think of anything but hang the phone and begin praying. And I noticed later that this holiday spirit, takes but does not give! I takes money, mental energy, devotion, oblation to I don't know what? We like to believe we are celebrating the birhday of Christ and some do, bless them...

But I must say that we should focus on biblical matters. The season passes and it is all forgotten but the debit and credit card bills. But do not dispair! We have redemption! If we turn Christmas into another second Thanksgiving holiday, we will accomplish something spiritual! But we must step up the New Year's day resolution ahead of time to pray and start early before this fiscal year ends and then it is all history and forgotten...

And one thing or two we need to to do is to focus on the Lord with quality time in meditation and prayer. And second to pray for each other and remind each other and God that we are still together on this. With rising unemployment and money issues we really need to get down and pray. We turn to Acts 24:1-5,

["... 1Now about that time Herod the king stretched forth his hands to vex certain of the church.

2And he killed James the brother of John with the sword.

3And because he saw it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to take Peter also. (Then were the days of unleavened bread.)

4And when he had apprehended him, he put him in prison, and delivered him to four quaternions of soldiers to keep him; intending after Easter to bring him forth to the people.

5Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him..."]

And we need to pray for each other, those of us who are still together. It may come the occassion that the enemy might sneak up on us and behead us spiritually...

May you be blessed. Amen.

The Lamp of the World...!

The electrician came over to our house to install some light in some room. And all day I been moaning with or to the Lord that I really had nothing to show for in my life. I marved at the skill and or accumen of the electrical worker put on the technical work on the lamps. I asked him if I should bring my hand lamp to help him and light the way, but he said no. But it soon became obvious we was having trouble not being able to see too well and I went and brought my lamp...

I marveled at this worker of technical stuff had no hand lamp to focus on problems and put light on trouble. As the night wore on and the work continued, my lamp became the most useful too to get the job done. And he said, light here and bring the light over here and overthere! I forgot how useless I was and perhaps a little proud to have a hand lamp that made it all possible! And sometimes I have nightmares that I don't have access to God's word. God's word is lamp to my path and feet said David in Psalms...

And the fact of the matter is that I don't undertand anything untill I open my bible and look. And my worst time is my is fog and can't remember anything. But I'm comforted to have God's word. We turn to John 1,

["...1In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2The same was in the beginning with God.

3All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

4In him was life; and the life was the light of men.

5And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not..."]

And we have comfort that Jesus is light of men and of the world, the word of life. And if I turn to God's word in prayer, I know I will have access to all secrets and unravel all mysteries. And this real power indeed, because knowledge is power and is availiable to anyone. No one corners the understanding to God's word. It please God profoundly to give his wisdom to the fooliest and his riches to the poores, sending those who are rich empty handed and those who ride the sky, to eat the dust of the ground...

May you be blessed. Amen.

Can God see us 20/20...?!

I had the most peaceful rest this past evening, thank you for you prayers. I have had been picking up the habit of complaing to my Lord on many issues, from one end of my life to the other, from little to great! I picked up my bible and turned to the Parable of the woman who broke the alabaster jar and annoited Jesus feet with the aromatic ointment. And I couldn't see the meaning at first. But then it came to me. I was thinking of all the people who either take Jesus and his word lightly or don't care much for him and his message at all...

Why did it have to be a woman of a bad reputation who had the perhaps gall to embrace Jesus feet and kiss them and annoited them with her treasure? And I thought about me and my complaining and how I had suggested an alternate plan for my life to the Lord. And I said to my Lord, "I'm lonely", "I'm weary", "I'm sick", "I'm weary", "I'm offended", "I'm treated low" and so on! And it had never occured to me to think and perceive and tell my Lord, "I know, you know, that you see, that you understand, that you are weary, of everything that happens to me and the whole world...!"

I really hadn't thought I was suggesting that my God, that he perhaps was not the all souverign Lord of all the earth! And I thought in my heart this morning that I did not a have an alabaster Jar to break and annoit my Lord and his feet. But if I just give him his place as Diety and Lord of Heaven and Earth! And later I began to see that it pleased my God to not lower him down from his lofty throne and accrue him the glory and the Praise that is due to him...

In the Parable of giving Ceasar his stuff and God his, I wasn't giving my God what I owed him and doubted him with my qualms and complains, like if he did not know what was going on my life! In the past God warned as of the greated travesty it is to say that God does not see and the he had departed the land. We turn to Ezekiel 8:12-13,

["... 12Then said he unto me, Son of man, hast thou seen what the ancients of the house of Israel do in the dark, every man in the chambers of his imagery? for they say, the LORD seeth us not; the LORD hath forsaken the earth.

13He said also unto me, Turn thee yet again, and thou shalt see greater abominations that they do..."]

And I just gave great peace to give my Lord his place as all-knowing and that he knows what is going on in my life and that he is able to deal with the problems of mine, and our and everyones, that come day by day on the earth, little or small, small or great!...

May you be blessed. Amen.

Hail all you who hear! God is gracious all around!...

I was wrapping a bible to give to my brother in law, and my mother said, "What are you doing!?", and I said wrapping a gift for such and such, and she said what is it?, and I said, "A bible!..." and she said,...they are Catholics, they don't believe in bibles, and I said,...he is not! And I was offended at my mother in my gift wrapping ceremony. And this the crest of the matter, she did not like the gift I gave my aunt...!

And I thought how ungracious of my mother. And I felt sad that I was alone in this business of bible! And I dismissed the matter and wanted to forget it! And then suddenly she yelled, "I found the item I was looking for so long!..." And I went and looked and she found the material to make some pillowcases at the most opportune time! And I thought, what a life, people get blessed for offending those who give bibles for Christmas...!

And I want to make one thing clear that God showed me that he is gracious and does not offend that easily with those that cannot think any other way than what they do! And perhaps some have gotten the idea that I don't give gift in Christmas! I just went broke with the last gift at the dollar store! God is not found giftless this Christmas! And I made sure I gave at least a good thoughtful gift to those around me this Christmas...1

And I marveled at God and his graciousness and did not let anyone ruin his Christmas Celebration. And he is not going to ruin anybody's Christmas with the etimology and origin of Christmas! God is Gracious throughout! Throroughly! And we haven't forgotten the one we perhaps steem less. We pray for them earnestly that they have the best Chrismas ever! As for us we perhaps hope that what we offer God is broken and contrite heart and that we put aside all offenses from the past year and that we are gracious like God is...!!!!

May you be blessed. Amen.

Christmas Eve Sabbath Service Sermon...

Merry Christmas. We turn to John 20:19-23,

["... 19 In the evening of that first day of the week, (A) the disciples were [gathered together] with the doors locked because of their fear of the Jews. Then Jesus came, stood among them, and said to them, "Peace to you!" (B)

20 Having said this, He showed them His hands and His side. (C) So the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.

21 Jesus said to them again, "Peace to you! As the Father has sent Me, (D) I also send you." (E) 22 After saying this, He breathed on them (F) and said, [a] "Receive the Holy Spirit. (G) 23 If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you retain [the sins of] any, they are retained."..."]

Hold there and turn to Matthew 2:2;1-2,

["... 1 After Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judea in the days of King Herod, wise men from the east arrived unexpectedly in Jerusalem, (A) 2 saying, "Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? (B) For we saw His star in the east (C) [a] and have come to worship Him." ..."]

Then to Luke 2:15-16,

["... 15 When the angels had left them and returned to heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let's go straight to Bethlehem and see what has happened, which the Lord has made known to us."

16 They hurried off and found both Mary and Joseph, and the baby who was lying in the feeding trough. 17 After seeing [them], they reported the message they were told about this child, 18 and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them..."]

And finally in Easter Sunday we are still looking for him, John 20:13-17,

["...13 They said to her, " Woman, why are you crying?"
"Because they've taken away my Lord," (A) she told them, "and I don't know where they've put Him." 14 Having said this, she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, though she did not know it was Jesus. (B)

15 "Woman," Jesus said to her, "why are you crying? Who is it you are looking for?"
Supposing He was the gardener, she replied, "Sir, if you've removed Him, tell me where you've put Him, and I will take Him away."

16 Jesus said, "Mary."
Turning around, she said to Him in Hebrew, "Rabbouni!" [a] €”which means "Teacher." (C)

17 "Don't cling to Me," Jesus told her, "for I have not yet ascended (D) to the Father. (E) But go to My brothers (F) and tell them that I am ascending to My Father (G) and your Father€”to My God (H) and your God."..."]

And when we finish the story, the hope of God is that we are still looking for him and see where he is laid and or where anyone has put him. The Shephers looking for him and the wise men looking for him. And God wants to be found by you and me. In the book of Mark, there's no etymology or account of the birth of Jesus. And the most important thing is that we seek God while he can be found. And I would think, we cannot limit ourselves to really think about God in one instance every December 25...

And the fact of the matter is that we can celebrate Christ all year round. But not widstanding we have chosen to celebrate his birth this December 25 by giving gifts and singing and rejoicing at that fact. And that is certainly fine. But the finest celebration is what Mary did, that we turn and say to him in what ever language we have and call him, "Teacher...". And when whe put away all the decorations and cut up the Christmas Tree, that what lingers on is a new Peace and a sense of a new direction and kneel every day and morning and night and tell him, "...Here I am...Lord God... Teacher!..."

May you be blessed. Amen

My eyes upon the Lord continually are set...

I chose this title because I wanted and prayed to God, for him to mint in my heart for my fellow man who is at odds with me. And I could only trust God, because only he can move mountains and barriers that separate people. Certainly the technology and science that makes this message possible is a marvel. The modem, and communication machinery. It is wonderful when science works for the good of him who is the inventer of all things, God himself. And I need the mint that is in heaven to soften my hard, weary, and sometimes hostile heart to be able to continue and be a player in God's band...

We turn to Luke 1:67-79,

["... 67And his father Zacharias was filled with the Holy Ghost, and prophesied, saying,

68Blessed be the Lord God of Israel; for he hath visited and redeemed his people,

69And hath raised up an horn of salvation for us in the house of his servant David;

70As he spake by the mouth of his holy prophets, which have been since the world began:

71That we should be saved from our enemies, and from the hand of all that hate us;

72To perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember his holy covenant;

73The oath which he sware to our father Abraham,

74That he would grant unto us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,

75In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

76And thou, child, shalt be called the prophet of the Highest: for thou shalt go before the face of the Lord to prepare his ways;

77To give knowledge of salvation unto his people by the remission of their sins,

78Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us,

79To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace..."]

And John the Baptist father blessed John and made the benediction on his life to announce and point towards appearing of the Messiah. And from this point on we ask the Lord to finish this blog, in his name we ask, amen.

We went to a museum in some distant city and they there were splitting rocks and selling them at $27.00 a pound. My earthly parent bought one and had it split, but instead of splitting into two peaces, it became three. And I thought that was wonderful because I could have a small peace and still him share the other two piece with whom he so would. But he wasn't content later and complained that his rock had split imperfectly into three and not two perfect halves! And he wanted to return it and possibly to my shock and dismay possible haggle and get his money back...!

The Rock stayed after, after praying to God that we would not make the scene to get back our money back over a rock! But God answered that prayer and we went back but to buy three more rocks and have them split so we could give a half of a rock to some relatives back home. And now everyone has a 'peice of the rock'. And I was happy because I got a 'piece of the rock'. And significant thing for me because I got, I have a peice of 'The Rock' Jesus. And on the ourside he looks ordinary for everyone, but when he was broken on that cross crucible, I got a piece of 'The Rock'...!

And the rock in the museum like like the Rock a got a piece of that rock and Rock. And the Rock continues to be split into many peices and one of that precious chips of goodness can be for you and that is going to be your ticket to be on the museum of heaven as a special display of God. God says that the woman when she found the lost silver coin, called all her neighbors and said celebrate with me. I lost my silver coin, but I have found it again. Hallelujah! Praise God!...

We thank God for this Minty Mountain Sunday Sabbath Message. I hope you benefitted from what God is trying to put on the table for us today. May his name be for everyone forever blessed. Amen.

The Crysolite Stone Necklace...!

We've spoke about how John the Baptist father prayed over him that he would be prophet of the most high. And Zaquerias must of been proud of his son of such and important task. And Jesus testified that of men born of woman none would be greater than him John the Baptist. I would think that is a wonderful commedation. But he, Jesus added, that but he that would be least in the kingdom of heaven would be greater than John...!

Those who have followed along. I bought a crysolite chip of stone at a museum far away and I just wanted to wear it. So I tied a cheap peace of rope cord to it and thought that was a nice necklace. When I would wear it, it would itch my neck because of sackcloth material of the chord around it. But I just wear it momentarily to show of the crystal stone tied to it on my neck and chest...

But what would I think about wearing my Savior Rock around me just for a little while, until the itcing of the trial that being a Christian bring and then we take Jesus off. In the Parable of the Sower, those who receive Jesus for a little while and then when tribulation comes fall away are like those seed who fell among the rocks. And the shineless rocks make our life miserable and the Crysolite Jesus Rock we cast off...

Turning to Proverbs 3:3,

["...3Let not mercy and truth forsake thee: bind them about thy neck; write them upon the table of thine heart:.."]

And we forget why we make all the sacrifices, and it is for mercy sake and the sake of truth. If the truth doesn't reign then error and lies do. And when we wear Jesus around our neck we hold dear being merciful and upholding what is sound, true and right. Turn to Proverbs 3:22,

["...22So shall they be life unto thy soul, and grace to thy neck..."]

and Proverbs 6:21,

["...21Bind them continually upon thine heart, and tie them about thy neck..."]

And I come to think that when we make a necklace of the Rock Jesus around our neck, we tie a knot with life itself and good paraventure in this life and the one to come. So go ahear bind Jesus continually around your neck and tie him to it...

May you be blessed. Amen.

Kind and Blessed, How are you...?!

My favorite habit is to call my God, Kind Blessed Mighty God! Thank you God for all your kind blessings and appointment, intercessions, provisions and assistings! We such a kind and blessed day and we just want to give you God thanks. Thank you for the properity you have afforded us, inspite of our sin and attrocities we committ. We never want to repeat them. Thank you for being so kind, blessed and patient with us...

In this festive season, we have time of stress and we really want to stay focused on you and what you have already done for us. If it was for us we would pass on over the Passover and Easter Season, because you deal with our most precarious problem, our sins. And but we set camp for a few months and celebrate the accassion of when you we born a man child and became flesh, a truly marvel...

But we want to ask that we make the best of this Season and bless us with you prosperity. Keep us sober and thinking about the coming year and don't let all our heart bog down in this stop. We want to keep going on the next season on the new year. Please help us thing of the changes in our life we want to make and help us take card early on the end of this year. Please help us to not over indulge in this season and help us remember what time it is in the gospel and the dark times that may come...

Thank you so much for the love that you have for us and the care and the comfort! Please bless us with our loves ones and if anything else help us remember to help and pray for those who are less fortunate than ourselves. If we pray help us to forgive if anything anyone has anything against us and put our gift on the altar and reconciliate with those loose ends. Thank you so much. Please watch over us and keep us safe and help us to always grow and understand more about you and your Son Jesus. May you be blessed. Amen...

We want to give many thanks...!

We want to give thanks to everyone whose heart God has touched to keep his site going this year. It is not a small matter to go out of our way and give to the sake of the gospel. It is so mysterious. It only tastes for those who have a love for the truth and love that to share it with others. I want to thank Christianblog for my Premier Membership gift this a year ago. God has been good to me and us I think, I managed to write 321 blogs, dedicated to the spreading of the truth near and abroad...

We certainly thank our sponsor for his vision to set up this site and tackle the problems on his life that this site has brought upon himself. And we thank God so earnestly for blessing us so profoundly in this way. And we want to specially pray for those who have faith and have made it task on themselves to pray for John, this site, the truth, the finances and future of this site, we can't thank you enough...

We pray earnestly as the end of the year draws near, that we set ourselves and we too pray for the future of this site and the truth. Please pray for prosperity in our country and the world, so that more dollars, franks, and pounds and yens find their way into the agenda of God to save men, women and children. And we set to rekindle our love to share the truth and find more remote places to proclaim Jesus through the miracle of technology...

Again we thank you and God for being on his side and I, we are sure that there will be no regrets for any sacrifice we've done to futher the cause of salvation of many. May your moment be peace, finances prosperous, bones strong, heart cheerful and face smiling because we are convinced that God loves you so very much and appreciates every ebb of prayer and gift you, we give to his cause. We thank you and God so much. May you be blessed. Amen.

A severe test from the devil we can expect...!

I was laying low on the sofa and wanted to call it quits! I really did not see if I was making any progress in preaching the gospel. I began to think and list and complain to God of all the things I thought I needed and wanted to have now that I was a failure at the gospel. The Lord has taken so much care of some much pending business in my life. It is hard to believe I still thought I needed something else. It seemed that my list never found an end to it. And yes I said that is it! The devil must of surely been very offended at something I said and or wrote...

And the Lord began to bring me back and explain to me what was at stake, lives at stake! The question was how much I cared for those lives at stake? And I began to see the picture again and see that many need to hear the gospel! And let remember the great commission, Matthew 28:16-20,

["... 16Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.

17And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted.

18And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.

19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:

20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen..."]

And I have never quoted this basic passage, how we need God word to remind us of what is good for us and others. And we are set on the road again. And next time Satan visits me I know from what direction he will come, things pertianing to my selfish life! And I know and reaffirm that the Lord will take care of all my business if I take care of his. And he has taken care of me and all my loved ones without an ebb of fail! So I urge you too to not become meloncholic with your life and sad with the holidays. Don't let the devil undo your faith and confidence in God!...

In everything else I hope God also takes care of all your personal business as you take care of his! May your hearted, my heart single for the Lord and his work and agenda! May you be blessed. Amen.
