Romans 12:3 - "For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith."

Some believers will learn a little about faith and put it into practice. But when they don't get instant results, they sometimes get discouraged. They begin to think they just don't have the kind of faith that people in the Bible had.

The Word says God has given every man "among you" -- or every believer -- the measure of faith -- it's a force inside your spirit that is a part of you. Everybody's newborn spirit has faith in it. And that faith increases as it hears and receives the Word of God.

You already have in you all the faith you'll ever need. If there is weakness, it is the development and the release of that faith.

"But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit." - 2 Corinthians 3:18

We are born into this world into an earthly realm. We are not born into the realm of God's Spirit; that's why through Jesus we need to be born AGAIN into the spiritual realm. When you are born again, you are given the "Rite of passage" to enter from one dimension to another. From the natural into the eternal.

The Bible talks about the realms of glory. We are changed "from glory to glory" (2 Corinthians 3:18).  So there are realms of glory not just one realm.

When people are born again they begin to develop a hunger for the spiritual realm? They begin to get a feeling that there is more: there is more to this life; there is more to this place called earth. That is because the spirit now in them doesn't belong here; the spirit in them comes from above and from another realm – a heavenly place. That's why you will never be content in an earthbound realm. You were created for another environment.

When Jesus died and rose again, He purchased our salvation. But salvation includes so much more than we first think. Jesus redeemed us from the law and the repercussions of being under the law and failing to meet its demands. "We have all come short..." the apostle Paul said (Romans 3:23). Jesus redeemed us from death. He took the keys of Hell and released us from the power of the evil one.

God gave us power to transit into another realm. This other realm is His realm; it's the realm where God dwells and His angels, and it's the realm of the heavenly city and of the spiritual elements of God and His Kingdom. He made us joint heirs with Christ. It's not just when we finally get to Heaven, it's here now. His Kingdom has come among us and in us and He wants it to flow through us and affect those around us.

We receive by faith the things He has provided and made available through the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead. It's a new and living way and we should walk in it.

He gave you a new nature to transplant you or translate you into another realm and into the realm of eternity. This is the realm of Heaven where the presence of God dwells continually day and night. Jesus purchased you the RITE OF PASSAGE with His Blood. So that now you are not restricted or limited to the natural realm.

The supernatural realm, the realm of miracles and wonders, is yours if you will receive it. You have to believe what God says about you. You are a son and daughter of the Almighty God, an heir of His Kingdom.

"The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand..." (Deuteronomy 28:8).

Notice that YOUR HAND, releases God's provision in your life. God has commanded His blessing on everything you put your hand to do. You may have found yourself in waters that are deep, dark and troubled by the waves of life, but God is reaching down His arm to rescue you. He is your salvation. Moses and the children of Israel even sang a song about the hand of God smashing their enemy: "Your right hand, O Lord, is glorious in power. Your right hand, O Lord, smashes the enemy." (Exodus 15:6 NLT)
God is doing the same things for you right now that He did for the children of Israel.

"For they got not the land [of Canaan] in possession by their own sword, neither did their own arm save them; but Your right hand, and Your arm..." (Psalms 44:3)
The writer of Psalm 44 is unknown; although, we can ascertain in Psalm 44 the calamitous circumstances that are described in the sacred song. The psalmist sings of the faithfulness of God to rescue His children in times past. Israel was not rescued by the strength of flesh or by their natural ability. Rather, the psalmist reaffirms that it was by God's right hand, and His arm.

Your back may be against the wall and you're facing impossible circumstances; you need to remind yourself that you have history with God. The same God that rescued you before is the same God that will come through for you today. God is rescuing you with His arm. In what God is doing for you, He alone will receive the glory. This breakthrough is beyond anything that can be done by the flesh.
"Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us." (Ephesians 3:20).

"So I will stretch out My hand and strike Egypt with all the wonders that I will do in it; after that, he will let you go." (Exodus 3:20)
The language of the Lord's hand and arm are first discovered in the book of Exodus. It conveys the strength of God's deliverance, resulting in the release of God's people from bondage. Many have been carrying the heavy weight of the sting of disappointment and crushed dreams. Your taskmaster has not relented in his affliction upon you.
Your adversary has come to try to destroy you, ensuring that you will never get up from the ashes of hopelessness. His arm is strong to save, and as He stretched His arm to release the Israelites from their taskmaster, so shall He do it for you -- you will see the strength of His hand!

Your hand is being reset to trigger rapid movement on His purpose for your life. He will display to you the great force of His arm against your enemy. Like Nehemiah, His hand is good upon you to accomplish your Christ calling. It fights your enemy on one side and rests upon you on the other.

He is breaking the grip of the enemy -- His hands have been choking the life out of many, leaving them gasping for air. But His mighty hands are breaking his hold and there is a divine reversal. His hands will restrict your adversary -- He is breathing a second wind of life into you. You will arise and will show forth His glory.

Take courage, for since the enemy attacked you both privately and publicly, God is going to bless you both privately and publicly.

Romans 8:18 - "I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us. The creation waits in eager expectation of (the glory of) the sons of God to be revealed."

The word "glory" means the "true nature" or full essence of a thing. In other words, to fall short of glory means to live below your true potential in Christ.

All creation was affected by man's original sin. God's creation is waiting for man's glory or true potential in Christ to be exposed because creation's destiny is tied to man's. Thus, any abortion, whether it's the abortion of a dream, a vision, writing, or leadership affects both nature and the succeeding generations of man in God's Kingdom.

Luke 13:20,21 - "To what shall I liken the kingdom of God? It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened."

Matthew 13:33 - "He spoke another parable to them, "The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three pecks of flour until it was all leavened."

Much like light that exposes, or salt that preserves, leaven influences its surroundings in a subtle but overpowering way. So it is with the infiltrating power of the Kingdom of God.

Without a revelation of what God intends to do with His church (God's PURPOSE for our life), we cannot move in overcoming faith.

When the main goal of our faith is to keep us safe from the devil, our faith becomes inferior to what God expects. Jesus had in mind more for us than survival. We are destined to overcome and advance the Kingdom of God.

Every conversion plunders hell. Every miracle destroys the works of the devil. Every God encounter is an "invasion of the almighty" into our desperate condition. This is our joy.

Revelation 12:11 - "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death."

Mark 10:48 - "And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, thou son of David, have mercy on me."

Bartimaeus (the blind man) is a good example of an active kind of faith. He was not passive in his approach toward healing. When the crowd ridiculed him and told him to be quiet, he became more aggressive.

Many people believe that God can perform the miracle they need, but relatively few are willing to actively pursue it until they get results. If we are concerned about what people think so that we can gain their approval, we will never take a stand in faith.

You cannot be a man-pleaser and please God at the same time. Satan uses persecutions to steal away God's Word and thereby stop our faith.  To see faith work, we must say with Paul, "Let God be true, but every man a liar" (Romans 3:4).

"...He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors." (Isaiah  53:12)

Truly, intercession involves more than just prayer—intercession can be literally translated, "to come between" (see Strong's #H6293). So while Jesus does intercede for us at the right hand of the Father, He also gave His life as a sacrifice—and that required action (see Romans 8:34; Hebrews 7:25).

Isaiah 53 reveals that with His death, He bore our griefs and sorrows that we might have joy. He was wounded and bruised that our transgressions might be removed. And He suffered stripes (blows that cut in) that we might be healed (vs. 4-5).

But there's also this: In allowing Himself to be led as a lamb to the slaughter without opening His mouth, by standing as a sheep before its shearers in silence—He stood in the gap for those who have no voice! He was oppressed and afflicted, suffering unjustly, that those who experience injustice might be given a voice.

We are meant to be that voice!:

He set us free that we might set others free.

We were healed that we might be used to heal others.

We exchanged our sorrow for joy that we might also comfort those who mourn, and
He suffered unjustly that we might restore justice to the oppressed (see Isaiah 61).

" displeased [the Lord] that there was no justice. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor…" (Isaiah 59:15-16)
There are so many areas you can get involved in God's plan to restore justice. It might be defending the rights of the unborn or family values, working to rescue sex-trafficking victims, or acting on behalf of the poor, widows, or orphans (see Psalms  82:3-4; Isaiah 1:17).

Whatever vision and direction the Lord might give you, He will bring the provision necessary to complete the task. For those who respond to God's call to engage in compassionate justice—He will supply every need! (See Philippians 4:19.)

Many well-meaning people today are moved to activism in areas of social justice. But without a Biblical standard of truth, confusion often enters in. For example, instead of working to preserve unborn life, the "right" of women to have an abortion will be championed. Instead of defending Biblical standards of gender and family structure, homosexual and transgender "rights" will be promoted. And many who jump into the justice fray are missing the most important element of all—that our involvement should be motivated by God's heart of love (see 1 Corinthians 13).
God's people, the Church, ought to set the model and standard for compassionate justice.

First, we should pray that those truly oppressed be set free.

Secondly, we should ask Him to show us our part and place in His plans.

Thirdly, we need to be willing to act.

This will require the sacrifice of convenience; our time, energy, resources, comfort—and even our reputation—will at times need to be laid down.
Jesus counted the costs and then, out of love, laid down His life for mankind.

Lord, help us to follow Your footsteps in doing the same (see Luke 22:42, 14:28). Amen

Seeking Communion - March 29, 2020

"The truth is, not that Moses gave you the bread from heaven, but that My Father gives you the real bread from heaven. The bread that God gives comes down from heaven and brings LIFE to the world......I am the bread of LIFE. Whoever comes to me shall never be hungry, and whoever believes in me shall never be thirsty." - John 6:32,33,35

It is His desire to fall fresh on you. He doesn't bring stale manna. He wants to give you freshness – fresh visions, fresh dreams, fresh anointing, fresh strength. He is not the day-old God. He is the God of the Bread of Life. Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. Fresh. He is throwing away stale visions. He is throwing away stale dreams.

Fresh anointings; fresh visions; fresh work; fresh ideas; freshness of His presence; fresh provision; fresh understanding; fresh wisdom – freshness in His Word -- Fresh. Fresh.  In His freshness, there is joy; there is strength; there is health; there is understanding; freshness of wind upon the gifts. Fresh – fresh relationships; fresh alignments; fresh agreement – fresh.

He takes off the old that would pull you down, and He is giving you the 'fresh' – this will bring you the strength to lift you up. He causes circumstances to come down and freshness to arise.

Fresh bread rises up trying to reach its full potential. He is putting the yeast into you NOW -- the anointing of His presence. And He is going to cause you to come to the fire of His Spirit, and bring forth fresh manna. For you have baked in His presence, and His presence will come forth from a fresh heart.

He is going to dry your tears, for He has seen your tears in secret and He wants to heal your heart. Pain would bring torment and disappointment would bring depression. His Spirit bares life. Let His Spirit bare witness to your spirit that He has come to give you a new life. Old things have passed away, let them go.

Let them go, so the freshness can come forth by His Spirit. For in Him there is life.

"For it is My Father's will that everyone who looks upon the Son and puts his faith in Him shall possess eternal LIFE; and I will raise him up on the last day." - John 6:40

Once God moves you to a new place, the old paths and ways simply don't work anymore! If you continue to try to go the same way as you always have, you will stub your toe! You will run into walls and possibly even dead ends.

God is saying today that He has moved you to a new place! You no longer reside where you used to in the spirit realm. You must seek Him for new ways to do things and new pathways to get to where He wants you to go. The old way, the old paths you used to trod – the comfortable ways, the ones you are used to – simply will not produce the results that are desired by the Great I AM in this next season.

God is also saying you need new expectation. You must expect good things – GOD things – in this new season. God is out to bless you! Disregard the doom and gloom message that is being belched out everywhere you go. God has measured you, and weighed you, and you have not been found wanting (see Daniel 5:27)!

Isaiah 54:2 -- "Enlarge the place of thy tent, and let them stretch forth the curtains of thine habitations; spare not, lengthen thy cords, and strengthen thy stakes."

To walk in our DESTINY we must learn new ways and walk out of the old ways and comfort zones of the past. Now is the time to enlarge, stretch, lengthen, strengthen, spread abroad, resettle, inherit and inhabit the new places.
It is time to let go of the old and reach for the new, embracing the high calling of God in our lives, to win souls and EQUIP new believers for DISCIPLESHIP.

We must be smarter in this season than we have ever been. Ask God!

We must be more discerning than we have ever been. Ask God!

We must be more watchful and on guard, because we are at a new level spiritually – higher than we have ever been before! Trust Holy Spirit!

We are at a new place! We cannot continue to do things as they were done in seasons past, because they don't work anymore. We must rely on the Spirit of God in us! Listen to Him and trust Him, our witness.

And expect good things! Because they are coming!

John 16:13 - "But when He, the Spirit of Truth (the Truth-giving Spirit) comes, He will guide you into all the Truth (the whole, full Truth). For He will not speak His own message [on His own authority]; but He will tell whatever He hears [from the Father; He will give the message that has been given to Him], and He will announce and declare to you the things that are to come [that will happen in the future]."  Acts 2:38 - "Peter said to them, 'Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.'"

The repenting you did six years ago won't put you in the place of Glory today. If we'll keep ourselves in a state of repentance, If we'll continue to daily consider ourselves dead to sin and get right with our brothers and sisters in Christ, then in this day of Glory, God will work wonders through us.

The Glory will make us more alive. It will turn us into carriers of the healing, transforming, miracle-working power of God. God will use us to bring rivers of His presence to the dry places.

He'll use us to stir up those who have fallen asleep spiritually, and shake them to the very soles of their feet.
