Who Gives Kudos:

John 14:6,7 - "Jesus saith unto him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known My Father also: and from henceforth ye know Him, and have seen Him."'

Unless we can be corrected, unless we are seeking God for an unfolding revelation of His son, our so-called "faith" may be, in reality, just a lazy indifference, a deception concerning the things of God. Subconsciously, we may actually want a dead religion so we do not have to change. True faith is freighted with the power of God.

Timothy 3:5 - "Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

It is imperative to always remember that God is exact truth and faithful. One of the names of God is Faithful and True. To move forward into our DESTINY, we must completely disconnect from the disappointments, limitations, frustrations, and failures of the past. If we are open to Him, the Holy Spirit will give us dreams in the night or streams of thought during the day to bring revelation and direction to our lives.

Albert Finch Ministry - Daily Devotional - February 29, 2020

2 Corinthians 6:3 - "Give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed."

There are thousands of different churches, but they are all one in the Spirit to the extent that they receive the life of Christ. If there is any division, it is always outside of the Spirit.

The spiritual life in the believer never has known dissension, because where the Spirit has perfect liberty, there is total agreement, and there is no schism in the body. "The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life" (2 Corinthians 3:6).

When there is division, it is only because people choose the letter instead of the Spirit. If we are in the Spirit, we will have life. If we are in the Spirit, we will love everybody. If we are in the Spirit there will be no division; there will be perfect harmony.

Seeking Communion - February 28, 2020

"But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus" - (Ephesians 2:4-6).

As our minds are renewed and our faith grows, we take these realities as fact and live in the light of them. We come to know that we are above our enemies and refuse to walk in the flesh realm but take our place in Christ in the spirit realm.

No longer will faith be a struggle, but a normal living in the realm of God. The spiritual realm places man where communion with God is a normal experience.

We are not going to grovel in the earthly realm, but we are seated in the heavenly places with the Lord. Every Believer has the right, authority, and ability to minister out of the throne room just as Jesus did.

"Him we preach, warning every man and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus. To this end I also labor, striving according to His working which works in me mightily" - (Colossians 1:28-29).

2 Corinthians 5:19 - "...God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them..."

No judgment will fall on you today because it fell on Jesus 2000 years ago at Calvary. And if God was gracious enough to remove Lot and his family before the judgment fell (Genesis 19:12-22), how much more will He do for you who are no longer under judgment!

Don't be judgment-focused and look back at the sins you have committed. He remembers that He has already judged and punished your sins in the body of His Son. And because He is faithful to His Son and to what His Son has done, He will never judge or punish you.

Any trouble that might have today is not from Him. He is out to bless you. And He wants you blessed more than you can ever ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20).

2 Corinthians 6:2 - "Behold now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation."

There are two processes of salvation. First, God helped you when the Spirit was moving you to make Jesus the Lord of your life. Second, He keeps you in the plan of His salvation. In the process of regeneration, you are being made like God; you are being brought into the operation of the Spirit's power. This is the great day of salvation, a day of moving on for God.

If we remain stationary, God has nothing for us. We must see that we must progress. Yesterday will not do for today. Today is a day in which God is enrapturing the heart -- getting our heart to the place where it is responsive only to His cry, where we live and move honoring and glorifying God in our spirit.

We are now in the operation of the Holy Spirit. Every day you must seek God's purpose for your life and climb to higher ground, refusing everything that is not pure and holy and separate.

"Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with unrighteousness? What communion has light with darkness? What agreement has Christ with Belial? Or what part has he who believes with an unbeliever? What agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God."As God has said: I will live in them and walk in them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people. 'Therefore, 'Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.'" - 2 Corinthians 6:14-18

Our primary focus is to be on the Lord and the things of Heaven. At the same time we are not to be "ignorant" of satan's devices. We see that through the initial question the serpent gives to Eve, and he is trying to lure her into conversation. It is bait when he says, "Did God really say?" He is trying to put Eve on defense, which he does successfully. The enemy wants to draw her "off-sides" onto his ground where she can be penalized and proved guilty.

This is where our communication is very important to God. The Lord is after our communion. If He has our communion then He has us. In the same way, the enemy knows this so he will try to draw people into a communion with himself.
Jesus said, "He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters abroad" (Matthew 12:30).
In other words, by not choosing, you have already chosen your side. The devil's goal was to draw Eve into communion (through conversation and agreement). Eve could have just ignored the serpent and went the other way. We are not called to communicate with devils but to cast them out. We submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, not converse.
In that context we need to bring our thoughts before the Lord. Every futile, foolish thought that is contradictory to His written Word we cast down.

"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds, casting down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." - 2 Corinthians 10:4-5

As Believers in Jesus Christ we converse and commune with God who dwells inside of us through the person of the Holy Spirit. By doing this we focus our attention upward, on things above.
How many times do thoughts come, attempting to take you down a path that you know is the wrong path?

"...let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us," (Hebrews 12:1). To have victory we would try on our own effort to overcome "the sin that so easily entangles" but we would be acting in the flesh. Instead, we should refuse to act from ourselves so the Holy Spirit is free to do His work -- free, that is to meet and deal with the flesh in us, so that in fact we do not do what we naturally would do. "Walk by the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." (Galatians 5:16)

We want thoughts that are inspired by the Holy Spirit because we are abiding in His Presence. As we have our conversation, our CONFESSION, MEDITATION, AND DEVOTION with God -- by His Word and truth -- then He has the authority over our lives. Our time is valuable and we want to use that time as an occasion to increase our spiritual momentum to dive deeper into the heart and PURPOSE of God for our life.

"I am giving you this command in keeping with the prophecies once made about you, so that by recalling them you may fight the battle well..." - 1 Timothy 1:18.

Many people have thanked God for their word at the time of receiving it but have had them stored away and have forgotten them. It is time to pull your prophetic words out and use them! They will get you through the time of enemy onslaught.

There is great breakthrough available in 2020 from the glory realm, which is empowered by YOUR PARTNERING IN FAITH. The enemy has infiltrated our vision with smoke and mirrors to divert the Body from imminent victory. Yet, as we focus on God's goodness and decree His words, the glory will increase and neutralize even the effects of the past season.

As promise after promise is decreed, remembered and recalled, an energized army will "fight the battle well." Your breakthrough isn't further away than ever, it's closer than ever. Speak truth to the lies! Look beyond the smoke of the enemy. Speak forth what God has said. The glory realm is in your midst and so is your breakthrough. Speak forth your promises!

The manifestation of many long-held promises is upon His people and marked for now. The glory cloud is heavy with manifest promises. There is a burning invitation to partner with God and call "out of the glory realm" what His word has already promised, into the now.
Many breakthroughs are imminent as the glory increases. The promises literally shift the season from one of great battle to great glory.

Get out your promises and use them as the weapons they are! Speak them out. Pray them out. Dream and re-envision them. Recall and remember. Decree them. Imagine them manifest. See them fulfilled. Stir up faith in your own heart by remembering them. Let them inspire you, move you, fire you up afresh.

Ask God for strategy, ideas, and creative blueprints. Ask for wisdom and revelation. Find your words God has spoken and pray over them again. Decree them and fight the battle well! They are yours to fight with in this very season.

Let's empower the glory realm by decreeing what God has already said. Start now. Pull out your promises and speak forth breakthrough.

Luke 10:41,42 - " But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.”

Meditation on God's Word and promises can help you stay focused on your spiritual goals and to keep the main thing in front of you.

Don't give in to the temptations of pettiness. Rise above it and keep your mind focused. Mary and Martha remind us of the importance of maintaining focus on our purpose -- our main goal in life -- staying in tune and connected with God.

Quiet time, reflecting on scripture, worship, singing, and praying are all ways we can raise our spiritual consciousness. Conserve your energy by not responding to minor issues and keep your focus on God's purpose for your life.

"Therefore, since we have so great a cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us also lay aside every encumbrance and sin which so easily entangles us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the Cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God." - Hebrews 12:1-2

We are all running the race of faith in our Christian life. The Lord wants you to know He is running this race with you. He is cheering you on in 2020 and interceding for you every step of the way. This race is about faithfulness and perseverance. There will be times along our course of the race where we are tempted to focus on distractions and we stumble. Jesus is reminding us to focus on Him and the path set before us because He has gone before us and knows the path ahead.

God has a race path or a DESTINY for each of us and our role is to be obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit and follow the path the Lord has planned for us.

"May He equip you with all you need for doing His will. May He produce in you, through the power of Jesus Christ, every good thing that is pleasing to Him. All glory to Him forever and ever! Amen," - Hebrews 13:21.
"Faithful is He who calls you, and He will bring it to pass," - 1 Thessalonians 5:24

It is important for us to cast off everything that hinders us, anything that slows us down or trips us in our race. We are to lay aside any unbelief and doubt but instead trust in God and His promises as He is faithful to bring to pass everything He has promised.

We are to set our mind on things above and use our spiritual sight as we run our race because as we do this we will see the road ahead very differently. Our role is to be obedient to the leading of the Holy Spirit and to walk by faith and not by sight.

We are called to persevere even when there are obstacles in our race. In 1 Timothy 6:12 we read we are to, "Fight the good fight of the faith." We can rise above our struggles and know we are overcomers in Christ as He has already won the victory for us. The Lord is reminding us to praise and trust Him in all parts of our race. This will cause us to leap over obstacles that may come our way in our race.

The steadfastness of the Old Testament "witnesses" in Hebrews chapter 11 speaks to us of the rewards of never giving up. Their unyielding faith points to Jesus and urges us to follow their example and run with perseverance the race marked out for us.

"I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus," - Philippians 3:14
Jesus is our example of how to run the race and we are to walk as He walked.
"The one who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk in the same manner as He walked" - 1 John 2:6

The Lord is highlighting the need to lean on Him as our source of strength when we are weary in our race.
"Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, they will run and not get tired, they will walk and not become weary," - Isaiah 40:31

Be encouraged as you run your race of faith – the Lord is running with you and He knows the racecourse He has planned for you.

Cast off anything that is hindering your race and run with joy, hope, and freedom.

Praise Him and trust in Him as He is faithful to equip you with all you need for every part of the course.

Draw close to the Lord and allow Him to renew you and give you strength in the hard times of the race.

Run the race appointed to you (God's CALLING in Christ on your life) and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus.

Seeking Communion - February 25, 2020

"Return to your fortress, you prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you." - Zechariah 9:12

There are those who have been faithful, standing upon the promises of the Father. They have contended for and have walked in obedience toward the things that God has called them to, even though it seems as though war has broken out against them -- they are experiencing extreme heartache and despair.

"Though an army besiege me my heart will not fear; though war break out against me, even then I will be confident." - Psalm 27:3

Keep your eyes on the Lord. Feast on His goodness, and know that even now your Redeemer is preparing a table of feasting for you in the very presence of your enemies (Psalm 23:5).

2020 is a time to go deeper into the Father's rest; for rest is a form of warfare. Be assured: the Lord is fighting your battles, even as you take time to rest in Him. The battle is not yours, but the Lord's (see 1 Samuel 17:47). As you let go and let God, you will begin to see His hand at work in your life. The Lord is going to uproot lies and fears that have once found a lodging place in your heart and mind. Pick up your hope, and remember that His perfect love casts out all fear.

The Lord is renewing the minds and thought processes that have not lined up with the truth of the Father's heart. He is bringing His people out of Egypt and out of a slavery mentality. You will no longer feel hemmed in and confined; the Lord Himself is bringing you into a new, spacious place!

Watch as He crowns you with a crown of beauty and washes away despair.

"I delight greatly in the Lord; my soul rejoices in my God. For He has clothed me with garments of salvation and arrayed me in a robe of His righteousness, as a bridegroom adorns his head like a priest, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels." - Isaiah 61:10

As it is written in Psalm 24:9, "Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in." The Lord is rising on your behalf, and your victory is certain!

Align your thoughts and your words with the promises of the Lord. Prophesy to the dead bones, "Come alive," for He is about to change everything. The areas of your greatest disappointments will soon be flooded with new life. Your breakthrough is near! Stand still, and see the salvation of your God (see 2 Chronicles 20:17).
