DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 15

 "...before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as My prophet to the nations." - Jeremiah 1:5


Although Jeremiah was called as a prophet, he still had to participate with action on his calling. God then instructs Jeremiah to "get up and prepare for action."


"Get yourself ready! Stand up and say to them whatever I command you. Do not be terrified by them, or I will terrify you before them." - Jeremiah 1:17


In other words, he was not to sit down on the job or make any excuses. He was to get up and go.
The call of God does not come with perfect circumstances, but with many challenges to our obedience. There will always be an excuse to not participate with our calling. His Kingdom must come first in our lives because God, Himself, is first and our lives are to reflect who He is.

 

 

 

 

 

John 15:7 - "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you shall ask what you will, and it shall be done unto you."


Some are willing to spend hours in prayer asking for a miracle instead of planting the Word of God in their hearts, which in time would produce the miracle. Prayer is what water and fertilizer are to a seed. They help the Word release its life.

But if you haven't planted the seed, it doesn't matter how much water and fertilizer you apply, the soil still won't produce fruit. It's the seed that has life!

 

AFFIRMATION:

The creative language of God is demonstrated when I speak forth the creative Word of God in boldness and confidence because it is abiding in my spirit.

 

 

 

 

 

Relax in His everlasting arms. Your weakness is an opportunity to grow strong in awareness of His Almighty Presence. When your energy fails you, do not look inward and lament the lack you find there. Look to Him and His sufficiency; rejoice in His radiant riches that are abundantly available to help you.


Go gently through this day, leaning on Him and enjoying His Presence. Thank Him for your neediness, which is building trust-bonds between you. If you look back on your journey thus far, you can see that days of extreme weakness have been some of your most precious times. Memories of these days are richly interwoven with golden strands of His intimate Presence.


"The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, shall say, Destroy them." - Deuteronomy 33:27


"I am still confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord." - Psalm 27:13–14

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 14

 1 Corinthians 2:7,8 - "But if the ministry of death, in letters engraved on stones, came with glory, so that the sons of Israel could not look intently at the face of Moses because of the glory of his face, fading as it was, how shall the ministry of the Spirit fail to be even more with glory?"

These are days of DESTINY, filled with wonder and excitement. The awe of God is returning to the people of God, filling the heart of God's people with great expectation. Every eye shall behold His brilliance and magnificent Glory.

 

WHERE IS THE GLORY? IT IS IN HIS PRESENCE.


OBSERVATION:

When I learn to draw close to Him and dwell in His presence, I will experience something even greater than what Moses did.

Moses met with Him face-to-face, but I have Him living in Me.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ephesians 2:6 - "And has raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus."

 

AFFIRMATIONS:

A spiritual kingdom lies all about me, embracing me, altogether within reach of my inner self, waiting for me to recognize it.

 

God Himself is here waiting my response to His presence.

 

This eternal world will come alive to me the moment I begin to reckon upon its reality.

 

 

 

 

 

 

He is with you and all around you, encircling you in golden rays of Light. He always beholds you Face to face. Not one of your thoughts escapes His notice. Because He is infinite, He is able to love you as if you and He were the only ones in the universe.


Walk with Him in intimate Love-steps, but do not lose sight of His Majesty. He desires to be your friend. He created your brain with capacity to know Him as Friend and Lord simultaneously. The human mind is the pinnacle of His creation, but so few use it for its primary purpose—knowing Him. He communicates continually through His Spirit, His Word, and His creation. Only believers are capable of receiving Him and responding to His Presence. You are indeed fearfully and wonderfully made!


"I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears. Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame. This poor man called, and the Lord heard him; he saved him out of all his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them." - Psalm 34:4–7


“Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” - John 17:3


"I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." - Psalm 139:14

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 13

 1 Corinthians 2:10 - "For to us God revealed them through His Spirit; for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God."

Because the Spirit "searches all things, even the depths of God", no one who is truly led by the Spirit will be shallow in their understanding. If we are led by the Spirit, we will love the truth enough to seek it out (through affirming and meditating on the Word). We will be compelled to have a depth to our knowledge.

Affirmation:

THE SPIRIT ALSO WANTS TO MOVE IN ME TO SEARCH THE DEPTHS OF GOD.

 

 

 

 

 

"Rule in the midst of your enemies" - Psalm 110:2


The Lord has provided us with powerful tools to accomplish our assignment and legislate the heavens with the ability to call forth what is not as though it were.

He has given us the power of the Blood, the power of His name, the power of His Word, the power of decree, the power of the Holy Spirit to bring it to pass, and angel armies assigned to God's Kingdom purposes! He has given us everything needed to rule and reign, to take and to hold ground!


Circumstances may seem to be holding you back, or life situations and finances, but obedience to take your place in God's PURPOSE for your life unlocks your DESTINY and positions you for favor. It's a favor that opens the necessary doors for you to accomplish your assignment.

 

 

 

 

 

Open your mind and heart—your entire being—to receive His Love in full measure. Many limp through their lives starved for Love, because they haven’t learned the art of receiving. This is essentially an act of faith: believing that He loves you with boundless, everlasting Love. The art of receiving is also a discipline: training your mind to trust Him, coming close to Him with confidence.


Remember that the evil one is the father of lies. Learn to recognize his deceptive intrusions into your thoughts. One of his favorite deceptions is to undermine your confidence in His unconditional Love. Fight back against these lies! Do not let them go unchallenged. Resist the devil in His Name, and he will slink away from you. Draw near to Him, and His Presence will envelop you in Love.


"I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in love, may have power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ." - Ephesians 3:16–19


"Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence." - Hebrews 4:16


"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded." - James 4:7–8

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 12

 John 16:8 - "And when He is come, He will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment."

God knows we will never be perfect. He does not desire perfection due to our own strength for that would be "deserved favor." Grace is undeserved favor. The Lord desires for us to know that He is daily perfecting us through His divine grace.

To believe that "it is up to us and our own ability to become transformed" is to believe that "the finished work at the Cross was not effective". Jesus Himself was perfect and, therefore, we are blessed and empowered to live holy through Him.

 

AFFIRMATIONS:

After the Holy Spirit convicts me of sin and God declares me righteous, it takes a supernatural work of God to make me comprehend my new condition in Jesus Christ.

 

This realization is just as supernatural as the moment I recognized I was lost. Only this time, I am being supernaturally awakened to the fact that I am righteous!

 

 

 

 

 

"Delight yourself in the LORD; And He will give you the desires of your heart." - Psalm 37:4
Each one of us has an assignment and we are all here for a purpose that is bigger than what we see.


Let go of negative people who don't believe in you or your purpose; they are not your audience or your partners in this next phase of your journey.
All of the tests, difficulties and unexpected things of life will be used as a chisel in God's hand to shape us for what is coming. The strength in iron is in the fire, refined seven times, until there is nothing left in it that would compromise its ability to support strong structures.


He places His desires for your created purpose within your heart and then creates life to fulfill them. When our hearts are surrendered to His plan and purpose, we start to desire things we didn't think of before. Then, we can ask what we will and it will be done for us.

 

 

 

 

 

Worship Him only. He is King of kings and Lord of lords, dwelling in unapproachable Light. He is taking care of you! He is not only committed to caring for you, but He is also absolutely capable of doing so. Rest in Him, for this is a form of worship.


Many believers drive themselves like racehorses. They whip themselves into action, ignoring how exhausted they are. They forget that He is all-powerful and that His ways are higher than theirs. Underneath their driven service, they may secretly resent Him as a harsh taskmaster. Their worship Him is lukewarm, He is no longer their First Love.


His invitation never changes: Come to Him, all you who are weary, and He will give you rest. Worship Him by resting peacefully in His Presence.


"Which God will bring about in his own time—God, the blessed and only Ruler, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen." -1 Timothy 6:15–16


“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” - Isaiah 55:8–9


“Yet I hold this against you: You have forsaken your first love.” - Revelation 2:4


“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” - Matthew 11:28

BREAKING THROUGH THE VEIL CALLED TIME

 "If I have told you earthly things and you do not believe, how will you believe if I tell you heavenly things? No one has ascended to Heaven but He who came down from Heaven, that is, the Son of Man who is in Heaven." - John 3:12-13

Time is where we live but we can walk in the Spirit where God lives while we live here in time. Jesus, while standing on earth said that He was in Heaven. He had a body to operate here in time (on earth) but was claiming to be in Heaven.

 

DUAL REALM CITIZENS


"But we are citizens of the state (commonwealth, homeland) which is in Heaven, and from it also we earnestly and patiently await [the coming of] the Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) [as] Savior..." - Philippians 3:20 AMP

Do you not yet know that we are dual realm citizens? We have been given a body to fulfill our purpose here on earth but our citizenship is in Heaven and through the Spirit we can access our homeland, here and now.

"Still have many things to say to you, but you cannot bear them now. However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you. All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you." - John 16:12-15

Jesus told His disciples that He was going away so that they too could access Heaven in this passage of Scripture. He was literally saying here, "You are going to have a direct access to Father through My name because of what I am about to do." He was now going to be the Door for us to access our Father!

He is saying that we are now stuck here in time and can now access the realm of eternity, or the eternal realm, because of our connection with Him.

He was saying that you can't understand now, but when He leaves He is going to send you someone like Him, who has access to the things in Heaven and He is going to come and live in you and tell you what is going on in Heaven and give you access to the thoughts of the Father! In other words, Heaven is coming to you! 
The veil of time has come to an end for those who will come to Him and believe.


God said that Adam would have to work by the sweat of his brow when sin entered, but Jesus paid the price and walked sinless for us all, shed His innocent Blood and then gave us back the keys here on earth to Heaven! Whatever we bind on earth shall now have already been bound in Heaven and whatever we loose here shall have already been loosed there!

 

ADVANCING HIS WILL

 

He has given us authority here, not to bring our own will but His will on earth and He told His disciples when they asked Him how to pray that they should pray: "Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven" - Matthew 6:10.

When you get into the eternal realm in worship—you enter His gates with thanksgiving and enter His courts with praise (see Psalm 100:4). That is how we now access that realm and that is why we must worship Him in spirit and in truth! It gives us access to the Father. In the Lord's prayer, the first thing Jesus told His disciples to pray was, "Our Father who art in Heaven hallowed be thy name" - Matthew 6:9. 

We must hallow His name!

We must praise Him for all that He is!

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 11

 John 8:5,10,11 - "Now Moses in the Law commanded us that such women shall be stoned to death. But what do You say? When Jesus raised Himself up, He said to her, 'Woman, where are your accusers? Has no man condemned you?' She answered, No one, Lord! And Jesus said, "I do not condemn you either. Go on your way and from now on sin no more.'"


Counselors are advising people today that guilt is negative, unproductive, and even detrimental to their health, and they need to release these feelings. Thus, guilt is not an effective means of evangelizing and it actually obscures God.

As we learn to display God's love to the unlovable and His acceptance to the outcasts, we will see divine intervention in people's lives. There's incredible power in the simple act of unconditional love and acceptance. Jesus demonstrated this repeatedly by His works among the nonreligious multitude.

 

Affirmations:

IN MINISTERING TO NON-BELIEVERS I SEEK TO UNDERSTAND THEIR VALUES AND PERCEIVED NEEDS, AND AS MUCH OF THEIR BACKGROUND AND FRAME OF REFERENCE AS I CAN; THEN I WILL KNOW BETTER HOW TO RELATE TO THEM AND LEAD THEM TO CHRIST WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT.

 

I REALIZE THAT EVERY HUMAN BEING NOT ONLY WANTS BUT NEEDS TO BE IN THE ABUNDANT LIFE HERE AND NOW.

 

 

 

 

 

Matthew 16:16,18. - "And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. And I say also unto thee, 'That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.'"

Observation:

THE ROCK THAT THE LORD IS BUILDING HIS CHURCH UPON IS THE REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS. I MUST HAVE A PERSONAL REVELATION FROM THE FATHER OF WHO JESUS IS. HE MUST BE MY OWN KING AND SAVIOR.

 

 

 

 

 

When many things seem to be going wrong, trust Him. When your life feels increasingly out of control, praise Him. These are supernatural responses, and they can lift you above your circumstances.


If you do what comes naturally in the face of difficulties, you may fall prey to negativism. Even a few complaints can set you on a path that is a downward spiral, by darkening your perspective and mind-set. With this attitude controlling you, complaints flow more and more readily from your mouth. Each one moves you steadily down the slippery spiral. The lower you go, the faster you slide; but it is still possible to apply brakes. Cry out to Him in His Name! Affirm your trust in Him, regardless of how you feel. Thank Him for everything, though this seems unnatural—even irrational. Gradually you will begin to ascend, recovering your lost ground.


When you are back on ground level, you can face your circumstances from a humble perspective. If you choose supernatural responses this time—trusting and thanking Him—you will experience His unfathomable Peace.


"But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation." - Psalm 13:5


"Always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ." - Ephesians 5:20

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 10

 Hosea 4:6 - "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."

This infers that if God's people had knowledge of who they really are in Christ, of who God is, and of the rights and privileges of their DOMINION -- they wouldn't be destroyed.

Jesus walked in union with His Father. We too must do the same with Him. We only have true SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY to the degree that we are abiding in Him. The angels do not respect us and the demons do not obey us because of who we are, but because of who is in us.

Affirmation:

MY IGNORANCE OF THE WORD OF GOD IS THE ONLY EFFECTIVE WEAPON AN ENEMY CAN USE AGAINST ME.

Observation:

ONCE THE WORD OF GOD BEGINS TO ABIDE IN ME AND IT BECOMES A RHEMA WORD (A WORD FROM GOD SPOKEN TO MY SPIRIT) THEN WHEN I TALK OR SPEAK IT, SITUATIONS WILL CHANGE.

 

 

 

 


Remember that joy is not dependent on your circumstances. Some of the world’s most miserable people are those whose circumstances seem the most enviable. People who reach the top of the ladder career-wise are often surprised to find emptiness awaiting them. True Joy is a by-product of living in His Presence. Therefore you can experience it in palaces, in prisons…anywhere.


Do not judge a day as devoid of Joy just because it contains difficulties. Instead, concentrate on staying in communication with Him. Many of the problems that clamor for your attention will resolve themselves. Other matters you must deal with, but He will help you with them. If you make problem-solving secondary to the goal of living close to Him, you can find Joy even in your most difficult days.


"Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will be joyful in God my Savior. The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to go on the heights." - Habakkuk 3:17–19


"Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and joy in his dwelling place." - 1 Chronicles 16:27

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 9

 "This is the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face....Lift up your heads. O gates, And be lifted up O ancient doors, That the King of glory may come in!" - Psalms 24:6,7


Now is NOT the time to quit! Now is NOT the time to give in to the familiar lies of the past! Now is not the time to renew your vows with the old, familiar strongholds of the past! The enemy would want to deceive you into thinking you are back at square one and haven't progressed forward. 
Rather decide to yield to the Word of the Lord at the threshold, that He is faithful, His promises are yes and amen, that He is perfecting all which concerns you and is making everything beautiful in its time.
The Lord is bringing healing into your life through the victory you have in Him.


Now is the time to seek His face. In Psalm 24, the word "seek" in Hebrew refers to "studying, learning and seeking Him out.
We are in "advance forward" mode right now. We are commissioned to take ground in this season and ground we will take!

 

 

 

 

 

Proverbs 4:20-23 - "My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."

Affirmations:

I AM DILIGENT TO KEEP MEDITATING AND CONFESSING THE PROMISES IN THE WORD UNTIL THEY OVERTAKE MY LIFE.

 

I KNOW THAT EVERYTHING THAT I RECEIVE FROM GOD STARTS WITH THE WORD IN MY HEART.

 

 

 

 

 

Be willing to follow wherever He leads. Follow Him wholeheartedly, with glad anticipation quickening your pace. Though you don’t know what lies ahead. Some of His richest blessings are just around the bend: out of sight, but nonetheless very real. To receive these gifts, you must walk by faith—not by sight. This doesn’t mean closing your eyes to what is all around you. It means subordinating the visible world to the invisible Shepherd of your soul.


Sometimes He leads you up a high mountain with only His hand to support you. The higher you climb, the more spectacular the view becomes; also, the more keenly you sense your separation from the world with all its problems. This frees you to experience exuberantly the joyous reality of His Presence. Give yourself fully to these Glory-moments, awash in dazzling Light. He will eventually lead you down the mountain, back into community with others. Let His Light continue to shine within you as you walk among people again.

DAILY MEDITATIONS AND AFFIRMATIONS - 8

 "I am the true Vine, and My Father is the Vinedresser. Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit, He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit, He prunes it so that it may bear more fruit." (John 15:1-2 NASB)

We are anointed to transform our area of influence for the advancement of the Kingdom and to bring glory to God. God anoints us to fulfill the plans and CALLING He has for us.
The anointing allows you to move into a supernatural walk with God. The Lord is filling people with His Spirit and increasing the anointing on the lives of people so they may powerfully impact their area of influence for Him.

 

This is a time of transformation for those who surrender to the Lord and submit to the pruning and refining that the Lord is doing at this time. There is a repositioning and realigning that is occurring as part of the preparation for what is coming. The Lord is removing hindrances and refreshing His people. He is filling them with the power of His Spirit and raising them up to carry His PURPOSE for their lives.

 

AFFIRMATIONS:

I am not designed to drift - I am designed for DESTINY.

 

God has called me with a holy calling, not according to my works, but according to His own purpose and grace, which was given to me in Christ Jesus before the world began.

 

Since I am in Christ I am in another reality and another life altogether.

 

 

 

 


Luke 9:23 - "And He was saying to them all, “If anyone wishes to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.”

 

When Jesus called His disciples, it was for total commitment. They had to be willing to leave everything to follow Him, and so do we. If He is not the Lord of all, then He is not our Lord at all.

 

All Christians are called to be "soldiers of the Cross". All soldiers know that they can be called upon to pay the ultimate price for their cause. For this reason, the soldiers of the Cross are called to take up their crosses and commit to die daily to their own interests in order to serve the interests of Christ.

 

 

 

 


In order to hear His voice, you must release all your worries into His care. Entrust to Him everything that concerns you. This clears the way for you to seek His Face unhindered. Let Him free you from fear that is hiding deep inside you. Sit quietly in His Presence, allowing His Light to soak into you and drive out any darkness lodged within you.

 

Accept each day just as it comes to you, remembering that He is watching over your life. Rejoice in this day that He has made, trusting that He is abundantly present in it. Instead of regretting or resenting the way things are, praise Him in all circumstances. Trust Him and don’t be fearful; thank Him and rest in His freedom.

 

"Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you." - 1 Peter 5:6–7

 

"This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." - Psalm 118:24
